After Midnight: After Dick had several loud sessions with Jen last night, Dick went to the HoH room to tell Jameka his side of the story. Amber came in during the story. (You can read that whole story here.) Dustin comes in as Dick was getting ready to leave. Dick says Jameka can fill him in on what he told them. Jameka's version seemed a little embellished and a little slanted in my opinion and Amber says she feels sick from listening to Dick and goes to the bathroom. Dustin, who already has Dick on his "S" list, is now even madder that Dick is splintering the alliance.

12:30AM BBT: Dick, Dustin and Eric are in the HoH room and Eric's about to dye his hair. Dustin reminds him that Eric also agreed to make-out with him, and Eric proudly says, "Yes, because I might be gay." [I think this is still part of his America's Player task to have a romance with a HG.]

Jen applies black dye to Eric's hair, and later he'll cut it into a Mohawk. If he hates it, he'll buzz it down to Dustin's length and dye it brown.

12:45AM BBT: On the patio, Dick and Daniele are doing some more bonding. Jessica comes outside with them. They talk about the casting process and how Zach was called in at the last minute. Jen was accepted for Survivor and got into a car accident and couldn't go, but CBS kept her application on file. Kail got into the final auditions three times. Jameka applied many times to get on the show. Carol and Dustin were recruited for the twist. They didn't say it, but Dick and Daniele applied independent of each other, both huge BB fans for years, and when Dick went to the audition he told the interviewer he just saw his estranged daughter leaving the building, and casting jumped on the opportunity.

12:45AM BBT to 1:00AM BBT: The topic of discussion, Puking!! Eric asks what is going on with Amber? She says she threw everything up. She is "really good at throwing up." She is a "good thrower upper."

Eric says he enjoys throwing up, but he has an unusual technique. He slaps his neck, which messes up his equilibrium and then he gets nauseous and throws up. He has a friend who spins and vomits.

Eric tells her about the hair dye and how it is "supposedly black." Eric says he is going to "do the Mohawk first," and then if he hates it, he will shave it like Dustin's. He says that the sides won't be bald like Nick's. He will have short hair on the sides.

Eric tells a story about Zach, about a game that they were playing, and Zach got all upset when Eric was going to get food, so Zach ran and got Eric food and apple juice. (This was a game of "pretend spin the bottle that didn't exist"). Then Jen told him that she couldn't play because of her breath, so he ran and got mouthwash for Jen!
Jameka: “He may very well be into voyeurism.”
Jen: “May be into what? Boys?”
Jameka: “Voyeurism!”
Jen: “What's that?”
They explain to her…

Daniele and Dick are having yet another father/daughter talk. Jess is nearby. Daniele says she is shocked and mad that Jameka isn't going to automatically play PoV any longer for the person who draws her name. Daniele: “I'm really mad.” Dick: “She's a liar!” Daniele thinks she hears a radio. Dick says he has heard that before. Dick tells her what he thinks of some of the HGs, “Jameka showed her true colors today. Dustin showed his true colors at the PoV. Amber is a complete idiot. Kail is an emotional wreck. She's just a wreck, period. This house is a pain in the ass.” Daniele tells him, “Oh, my gosh. You have no idea. You're crazy. You don't help them make it that normal, might I add.” She goes on to tell him that this week has been hard and she was told that she is "very, very normal" and strong during her psych session. She adds everyone in the house brags about their psych score. She says she was the smartest--they told her that. (Jess is there, too. She speaks up)

Now they discuss their applications. Daniele says on the math test, Amber told her she only answered four questions. Jess laughs. Dick talks about the meeting that the "three of them" weren't invited to earlier. Daniele tells again her story of walking in and seeing them in the bathroom. Jess asks, “That bathroom? That is rude.” Daniele says that she went into the DR and asked if she could just sit there, as she didn't want to be around anyone. They told her yes, they would just say she wanted to talk. Daniele: “He said, 'we'll let you hang out all you want.'” (In the DR) They wonder if Zach has a secret, as he was last minute and has so many different things on his application.

1:10AM BBT: They are now pondering about the upcoming HoH and rehashing about Jen throwing the PoV. Dick asks BB to throw down all the balls so they can have fun again. Jess saying not to bother, "Happiness in the house is gone." Dick is telling Jess "Dustin is playing both sides with Kail" and with Jen he guaranteed her she wasn't going home because he was "going after Zach." Daniele comes out and her and Jessica talking about all their bruises.

1:25AM BBT: Outside Jess, Eric, Dustin, Daniele and Dick talking. Eric tells them, “There's a 98% chance I'll look like a retard." in the next several minutes when his hair is done. [I say 100% chance - StevenV]

1:35AM BBT: Zach bashing going on saying they doubt he's ever had a girlfriend. Upstairs in HoH Jen has Eric's misshapen head under the faucet in the tube to get off all the dye. She's now conditioning it.

2:00AM BBT: Dustin has cut Eric's hair into a half Mohawk. 2:30AM BBT: General Chitchat in the kitchen with Dustin, Eric, Daniele, Dick, Jen and Jess. A little later they were discussing Season Six and April and Howie going "BUSTO."

3:20AM BBT: Daniele and Dick in BY laughing and chatting. Dick tells Daniele that both Jameka and Dustin have proved they’re fake. Jessica is now joining them asking if she is interrupting and Dick says no you are totally welcome. Jameka and Eric joining them, Looks like the LNC is convening in the BY. Jessica and Jameka are screaming as loud as they can. Daniele talking about Kail and Dick starts to say something derogatory about Kail and we get FotH.

Eric goes in to get a jacket and is talking to Jen in the bathroom. He tells her she is totally fine and all is well but for her to try not to run her mouth or she might change their minds. He tells her once another couple of weeks goes by people will be able to tell more by who is left in the house. She wants to know if they are still getting rid of Nick and he says he honestly doesn't know for sure but thinks so. He tells her that everyone hates Dick and wants to see him gone and that Amber and Daniele are having issues now also. She tells him she wants to stick with him, Jameka and Jessica. He tells her to try not to incite the others.

5:05AM BBT: Nick in HT and Dick comes out and Nick says he never wants to talk to Jen.   Eric and Jessica talk in bed to each other.

5:20AM BBT: Nick heads inside and says goodnight to Dick as he does laundry.   Eric and Jessica talk game play but it turns to laughter. Jessica tells Eric to tell the house about stories and Jessica laughs. Nick and Dick then talk in the kitchen about shoe size.

5:20AM BBT: Nick tells Eric and Jessica he can hear them giggling.   Dick heads to the SR then to the kitchen. ( It is very hard to hear Eric/Jessica whispering). Nick has gotten into bed while Dick cleans kitchen.

5:25AM BBT: Eric leaves Jessica and Jessica throws a celebration moving her legs wildly waking Jameka. Jessica and Jameka are now talking Jessica is laying with her legs up in the air. Eric talks to Dick and tells him that he saw Zach and he had skid marks going all down his pants and it was fresh and smelt Dick laughs about it.

Jessica is talking to Jameka about Zack's skid marks Jessica is laughing uncontrollably. Eric tells Dick not to worry about Kail or Amber. Eric heads to bed as Zack walks by back to bed. Dick then talks to himself outside that "Jen is a bitch.”   Meanwhile Eric, Jessica and Jameka laugh. Jessica asks Eric before he leaves for bed what’s your middle name and he says "Scott." Eric leaves and Jessica and Jameka laugh again uncontrollably.

5:30AM BBT: The laughing stops and Jessica tells Jameka I'm going to bed and I’m taking my mic off. Dick is the only person not in bed. Dick has a smoke outside on the patio and comments on the very slow cameramen and says, "What a drama filled day I have to get that bitch out. She brings out the worst in me."

5:40AM BBT: Dick says to the cameras "I'm getting tired. It's been a very drama filled day." Dick puts the top on the HT and talks about the Jen/Dick argument. Dick says "He wants to throw this house on it's ass by putting Dustin and Amber up, it would be so much fun." Dick then brushes his teeth and heads to the toilet. Dick comes out of BR and washes his hands (water only) and is laughing about something. Dick remembers he was in the middle of cleaning dishes awhile back and goes back to washing. Dick curses some about Jen as he finishes the dishes. Dick goes to his room and changes pants, makes his bed. 5:45AM BBT: Dick closes the door to that room and gets into bed. So Dick is going to sleep. 5:55AM BBT: Jessica is having a nightmare as she keeps rolling over side to side in her bed. 6:00AM BBT: Kail or Jen has woken up due to Dick coughing and gas. They’re having trouble getting back to sleep.

9:15AM BBT: They are all

. Ok, who put sleeping pills in the slop? 10:35AM BBT: Still sleeping. Someone is moving around on the round bed. It's Kail, she heads to the BR and we get a close up of the Occupied sign on the WC. 10:40AM BBT: Kail making coffee (She did wash her hands after the WC, not just a quick rinse) then she goes and kicks back on the hammock. 11:05AM BBT: Nick is up and making himself his morning slop...

11:35AM BBT: We had a brief FotH. Nick lifting weights in backyard while Kail, Dustin and Eric are in the kitchen having coffee and waking up. No one else in sight. 11:45AM BBT: Zach and Jen up and in the kitchen. All talking about the haircuts. Dustin says he will deny having anything to do with the haircuts. He doesn't want to be known as "The gay guy in the house who does hair." 11:50AM BBT: Amber is up now, informs Eric that with his new haircut, he doesn't look cute anymore, now he looks hot. [Look out Jess! – Jem] Dustin is in kitchen in HoH bathrobe and aviator sunglasses. He just wrapped one of the striped bath towels around his head, asked Amber to wash his glass, and went outside.

12:05PM BBT: Dick is up and outside on the patio and was cordial to Amber on the way out. Eric and Dustin are outside also. Amber and Jen in the kitchen doing morning ADLs. Then Jen went back outside to continue sunbathing, Eric took the lounge Jen was on earlier; she switches to a towel on the ground. (No drama yet folks, everyone is playing nice).

Nick in the kitchen with Amber at the sink, tells her that he's been feeling sick, had chills, burning up, huge ear ache. Dustin is trying to decide where to put himself. Kail, Jen, Eric, Dustin, one other body (Zach?) all sunbathing. Amber still doing dishes

12:15PM BBT: Dick meets Amber at SR. Dick tells her she slipped up and said where she worked. She can’t believe she did that and he tells her he already knew. Amber tells a little more about grand openings and such, while on the way outside. But then she goes back inside, not ready to sunbathe just yet, back to the SR for Amber, and Dick goes in also.

Dick wants to talk game. He tells her, “I talked with Jameka about this last night, you want to let Nick know, and I do too. It was left way too loose, one person kind of ruins it for everybody. I don't want to infringe on what Jameka or you want to do, you know how I am, I'm different from everyone else, I don't mind being straight up.”

Daniele enters the SR and Dick says, “Good Morning.” Amber says she doesn’t want to talk about it. Dick asks her to wait a second. She says, “I really don't want to talk about game today at all. I'll let everyone handle it themselves.” Dick says he told Jameka that everyone would get his or her going away messages. Amber says, “I know, I heard that... I told him it was flat out him or Zach, they were both possibilities.” Dick tells her, “Either way, it doesn't matter to me, I've been straight up with Nick. If people want to talk it's cool, if not, that's cool too.” Amber says, “Whatever...” They leave the SR and Dick meets Daniele in the kitchen.

Zach, Daniele. Dick and Nick discussing Transamerica the movie. Nick telling Zach he can't fathom the fact that Zach's 30 because of the shit that comes out of his mouth. Zach takes it as a compliment. Daniele says she is going to go rest, as she isn’t feeling well.

1:00PM BBT: Zach and Nick alone in the gym. Zach is telling Nick that he thinks the girls are forming an alliance consisting on Jameka, Kail and Jessica. He tells Nick, “I have some interesting thoughts for you. Most likely from what I’ve seen, I can't confirm this, but I think starting to form by default is a gender role set up. Female vs. Male. Jameka, Kail and Jessica are forming a female versus male thing and I think Eric is getting played, and I think at least in my opinion, I'd like to hope you have me, Daniele and Dick, three to stay in. You said you're not campaigning. I was thinking about this all last night. Lean on Amber, I think she'd vote you in, and I think you or I because. Seek out Eric. Go for gender role voting. It’s gonna suck if you go. four guys, six chicks, a girl puts up two guys."
Nick: “I understand.”
Zach: “It's common sense. That gives the girls seriously a comfortable four weeks to do absolutely nothing as long as a girl wins HoH each week”
Nick: “Gotcha.”
Zach: “I think if you can lean on Eric for that.”
Nick: “I'll talk to him.” They break apart.

2:00PM BBT: Houseguests are on indoor LD. Before it was called, they were all outside playing word games. Dustin, Amber, Eric and Jen. They had to name the stars they hate and why. Dustin hates Sandra Bullock. Eric hates Tyra Banks and Owen Wilson. Amber hates Jim Carrey. Jen I couldn't hear. They were very verbal about them. They really don't like these people and had no trouble letting us know exactly how much. Then they played a game on what they like about each houseguest and could use to make a perfect person. 2:45PM BBT: Dick talks to Eric about the possibility of keeping Nick. The idea doesn't set very well with Eric and Eric says he doesn't think the others (members of the LNC) would like it either. Dick says he's not proposing that they keep Nick, he's just opening the discussion. Dick equates Nick to Holly in season five where after they voted her out they realized they screwed up because they didn't have the votes they needed the next week. Eric says it'll be six against three, so in this case it doesn't apply.

Dick even says he thinks the banner planes, that they were not allowed to see, were probably in support of Nick because, "you know a guy like that, and with his charisma, must have a lot of fans." Eric says he thinks Kail and Jen are not fan favorites. [He knows Kail's not a fan favorite as America asked him to get her nominated and to vote her out the next week.]

3:00PM BBT: Dick and Eric are still in the sultan's room whispering about the LNC girls. Dick says that Jameka said that she didn't listen to God before the PoV, and afterwards he came to her and said she made a mistake and shouldn't have used the PoV. Dick, as usual, calls Amber "an emotional basket case." The whispering gets a little too quiet to hear. Daniele breaks up the meeting and everyone goes to the kitchen where Zach has found a new recipe for olives that only incorporates ingredients that the slop eaters are allowed to eat.

3:15PM BBT: It's dull again, with most of the HGs in the BY sunbathing. They've talked about recording their soundbytes for CBS mobile and the questions they're asked. There's more speculation what message the banner planes were towing. Both of these topics cause FotH. Dick and Daniele have a brief conversation over the kitchen sink. He tells her that he doesn't think the others will go for the idea of keeping Nick. Daniele says she understands but still doesn't see why it's not better to get Kail out.

4:00PM BBT: Dick is in there pitching to keep Nick again, this time he's trying to sell it to Dustin. Dick once again tells Dustin that getting Jen out of the house before Zach is his plan. Dustin's not buying.

4:15PM BBT: Jameka goes to the HoH room to get away from everyone, but ends up just dishing with Dustin. They're back on their subject of having to get Dick and Daniele out of the house. They've seen Dick, Daniele, Nick and Jessica together whispering and they think the four of them have something going on together. Jameka also doesn't buy the story of how Daniele and Dick got on the show. She thinks Daniele watched the show, got Dick an audition, and then Dick watched the tapes of the previous seasons. [Not true. -Morty]

5:00PM BBT: Kail goes up to Dustin in the HoH room for her daily affirmation that she's safe. Dustin always does a great job of pumping her up and distracting her with stories about his family, his goals, etc.. Read more here.

Tonight's Broadcast: The review of what happened before is mostly Kail and Jen's reaction to be nominated. Amber tells Dustin that she thinks Jen, Nick and Zach are in an alliance. Next, they pick the players for the PoV. Dustin goes first and gets Daniele, Jen gets Jameka, and Kail got Jessica. Dustin selected Eric as the host. Now, all they have to do is wait seventeen hours until the game begins. During part of that time Jameka tells Kail and Jen that she believes God is guiding her. [Listen to the clip, you'll hear BB playing church-like organ music under the scene.] When Jameka tells Dick that she'll be playing to save one of nominees because she thinks God caused Jen to pull her ball out, it causes another riff between the two. From the DR, Dick comments" Do you really think God's worried about your friggin' ping-pong ball-- And you playing for the chick? This is her personal agenda, not God's will."

Next it's time to play for the PoV. Eric: "Let's all take a trip to the Big Brother art gallery." The BB living room was transformed into an art gallery with pictures and sculptures. There was wine and cheese for everybody. Eric: "Today's featured artist at the Big Brother gallery is none other than Vincent van Veto, famous for his visual portrayals of terms and phrases of the Big Brother game. You will earn Big Brother Bucks for each masterpiece that you correctly interpret. There will be nine puzzles in total. To get the game started each of you will be given $1,000 Big Brother Bucks. The critic with the most Big Brother Bucks at the end of the competition will win the power of veto. But be careful, if you misinterpret any piece of art, you're out of the game. "

The gist of the game was basically to see a series of pictures that represented BB phrases and terms. If you got it right, you earned BB bucks, and if you got them wrong, you were eliminated from the game.

Eric: "Our first puzzle will be worth $500 BB Buck. Let's unveil Vincent van Veto's first painting." It was a cartoon house with a face and a head. Daniele guessed "Head of household." Eric: "That is correct. Daniele, please add $500 BB Bucks to your total. Puzzle number two will also be worth $500 BB Bucks" The next cartoon showed a brick wall with a memo on it. Daniele: "Memory wall." she got right and added $500 additional BB Bucks to her total, which is now $2,000 BB Bucks.

Puzzle number three was worth a whopping $750 it was a house or room made of books. Kail buzzed in with Diary room and got $750 BB Bucks to bring her total to $750. Puzzle number four will also be worth $750 it was a foot with a power cord on it. Daniele buzzed it with "Veto" and was wrong, it was "Power of Veto" she was eliminated from the contest. After the fourth question, Kail was now in the lead with $1,750. At this point in the game, they had the opportunity to spend BB Bucks on prizes. The first item could be bought for $750 BB Bucks. Dustin buzzed it and bought six-night trip to Barbados for two from Diva South Wind's Beach Resort.

The other members of the LNC were not happy with Dustin's decision. Dustin: "Me and my girlfriend are going to have the best time in Barbados. We're going to have so much fun." From the DR, Dick says, "Look what he did! He just killed himself. What a complete jackass this guy is." The next puzzle was worth $1,000. It was a gnome, on a knee, by the sea. Kail: "On a need to know basis." and she was out. The correct answer was "Nominee." Number six was also worth $1,000 and the picture was of ants crawling over a lion. Jameka said: "Alliance." and won. The next puzzle, worth $1000 was of a diamond, the letter "E" the letter "C" Dustin answered Julie Chen (get it: Jewel + E+ C + Hen). That brought Dustin's total up to $1250.

The next puzzle was $1500 BB Bucks. Dustin describes the next puzzle: "I saw a pork chop and I saw a city block. I thought of a city block so when I saw that come up on the screen I knew exactly what that was: Chopping block" Dustin was right and got another $1500. Eric: "You may purchase this next item for $1500 BB Bucks if you are the first to ring in" It was $5000 in cash. From the DR, Jameka says: "I was extremely tempted for the $5000. It was really, really hard to... not press that button. " Dustin gave into the temptation and took the $5000. Amber: "That's not cool what Dustin did. That greed came out, that selfishness."

After Dustin's purchase Jameka was in the lead with $2,000 BB Bucks. This next question was worth $2,000 so whoever answers this question correctly will win the Power of Veto. It was a picture of high tension power lines and a giant hand about to pick them up. Jen buzzes in and answers "Safety" and is wrong, and ends the game. The correct answer was "The power is up for grabs."

From the DR, Jen says: "I was happy to have Jameka win the Power of Veto. She told me and everyone in the house that if she won it she would use the Power of Veto on me." From the DR Jameka feels she was taken advantage: "She did that on purpose because she knew I was going to win. Jen threw that last question. She thought of herself and only herself. I regret telling her, 'hey, you have my word.' I will be using the Power of Veto on you."

After the PoV contest was the fall-out from Dustin taking the prizes. Dick was angry, Amber was disappointed. Amber and Jameka sit in the BY and talk during LD. Amber: "I'm so ( bleep ) mad right now. I don't believe how ( bleep ) selfish Dustin is." Jameka: "It's okay. I'm not worried, though. I'm not worried, amber. I have to carry out what I committed to." Amber: "You're not going to take her off the block, are you?" [The organ music starts again] Jameka: "I am. I gave her my word. Like, this is my thing. As long as you don't get in God's way of doing what's right for you, he's going to prevail. He's going to come through. But as soon as you turn it around and start being selfish, you've ruined it. I could have ruined it." Amber: "I know." Jameka: "I can't take that money. I know God is going to provide for me." Amber: "I wouldn't have, either." Jameka: "You know what I mean, it's the love of it. That greed, that moment. What are you going to do? Your word is on the line. You told that girl you're going to fight for her. What are you going to do. Boom! Here is the money. You know you want it. You can use it. You can have a good time. God is so gangsta, that's what I love about him. That's why I'm not trippin."

Dick get confrontational with Jen again, saying she's taking advantage of Jameka. He calls her cold and heartless. Dick: "I've never seen you sad and I've never seen you apologize for anything." Daniele tries to get her dad to stop, "Will you please stop, thank you." Daniele: "Why she [Jen] doesn't care." Daniele: "You're upsetting Jameka." Jameka: "I'm fine, fine, fine." Dick says: "I'm really sorry to everybody here. But the truth, is everybody single person here is thinking what I'm saying. " Kail: "I'm not thinking it." Dick: "Well, you are irrelevant to the whole thing because are you bed buddies there. You don't really care because if she comes off that means you might come off too and you'll all still be here."

Next , Eric gets his next America's Player's Task: Which catch phrase would America like for you to start in the Big Brother house? Eric opens the envelope: "I'd do that for a dollar. All right, fair enough. To complete the task, I need to get a minimum of three different people on five different days to say the catch phrase in the next week." We see Eric spreading the word around the house, and it starts to catch on. After being stuffed into a pillowcase, Eric tells Dick it idea, "Okay, so I came up with an idea. I'm so sick of Amber and her ridiculous expressions and how she beats them to death, so what I decided I would concoct an expression that has no meaning whatsoever and I would start saying it repeatedly, repeatedly repeatedly, until other people started saying it, and I will say it so many times with the idea of illustrating what it is like for the rest of us to live in the house. So I've decided that expression is, 'I'd do that for a dollar.'" Dick like the idea and they go with it.

Next it the PoV ceremony. As promised, Jameka used the power to remove Jen from the block. Dustin nominates Nick, and gives his reason: "There are people in this house who since day one have been playing all sides. And in doing so, they have worn themselves thin strategically. And with that said, Nick, I nominate you for eviction."

Kail is worried she be evicted because putting Nick on the block wasn't the plan, she was supposed up against Zach.

6:00PM BBT: Dick, Daniele and Nick are talking about Kail. Daniele and Dick both do their impression of her trying to do Jameka's slap/stomp. they both begin to make rhymes of her name. Kail, whale, cocktail, scale, bale (of hay). Nick says his name rhymes with Prick, chick, pick, sick. [And you didn't think the live feeds were worth $15 a month. Get a 14 day free trial here!]

Nick telling about a game that has five words on it and you have to rhyme it and his sister and dad were terrible at it. Daniele says there was a guy she went to High School with his name was Zach, "Says he used to say his name was 'sack."" Dick has belched as loud and as long as he possibly can several times. Amber and Dustin both have a crush on a DR interviewer with a great voice. [It would serve them right if looks like me. -Morty] We get a lot of FotH. There's just chit-chat for the rest of the hour.

7:15PM BBT: Dick and Daniele are talking game in the BY. Daniele: "I think Eric would be a good one to backdoor"
Dick: "I don't think this early in the game...."
Daniele: "Should we talk to Jessica about this?"
Dick: "No...not about this ever.....Jessica is a lot smarter than we all know."
Daniele: "I know but she talks to Jameka."
Daniele is now talking about Kail? when Dick thought she was still talking about Jessica.

7:20PM BBT: Daniele is trying hard to get her Dad to help her flip the votes. Dick says he wants Kail gone but it is important to keep the group together. Says he is on the fence though. Says it is all about the magic ping pong ball. Daniele says I don't want to talk about it. Nick joins them and BB keeps asking him to put on his microphone. Nick is counting votes he thinks he can get. Dick says they can get Jessica. She won't be influenced by Eric. Now he says but she doesn't want to go against the group. Dick tells him not to go around saying I've got this one or I've got that one. Nick says but if he tells [Couldn't hear] and Daniele says "No! Don't do that." Nick gets mad and says quit cutting me off! "Learn some manners" and then he stomps off. He goes back to the BY and starts picking things up. Without speaking to her he goes back inside. Now he is back outside sitting on the couch by Daniele but they are not speaking.

7:40PM BBT: Zach and Nick in the BY .Zach asks Nick if he would be OK with fighting for him to stay, of course Nick says "yes." .Zach says for the male consensus of the house. Dick walks out to interrupt and talks about one of the members of Warrant.

7:45PM BBT: Jessica walks out and Dick comments that she looks good in jeans. Zach agrees with him. Zach mentions that the only way this night could get better is if he looked in the storage room and there was beer in there for her (Jessica).

Feeds switch to Eric and Jameka and Daniele in bedroom. Eric is talking about streak marks in the toilet this morning left behind from Kail. Jameka and Daniele are disgusted. Eric was thinking about wanting to check her underwear, "She might have left the toilet too soon." as Eric giggles.

He compliments Daniele that she looks nice. Eric just woke up, he was dreaming about tubing in a lazy river, but he had to wait for some reason to keep floating.

All four feeds are now on the kitchen where Amber is crying, but stop the presses, she has a reason, she's chopping onions. Amber's getting ready to make quesadilla burgers and talking casually with Dick who's passing by. Dick asks her if she found his message for her. She says "No, where?" Dick says he left it on the meat. Amber laughs and says she hasn't looked at the meat, yet.

All four feeds are now on BY where Zach is talking game with Nick. He tells Nick he asked Dustin who Dustin wanted to go and Dustin told him he really wanted to see Nick stay, so Zach is telling Nick he told Dustin, "If the vote was 4 to 4 are you going to vote him out? And he was like "OK" and I left it at that..."

Nick says yeah, but he doesn't trust anything Dustin says because Dustin BSed him the whole day about it and then he (Dustin) put him on the block Zach: "That's shady." Nick says Jameka is on the fence, Zach says he doesn't like Jameka, Nick says he knows but she's the one that's, like, on the fence. Nick says he's not "really going to talk to some people, I'm just gonna see what happens." Nick says he knows that Jessica hates Kail. Zach says "See, if you could you show the real issue" Nick: "Yeah."

Thanks to Soyyo for filling us in on Jess and Zach conversation. 8:20PM BBT: Zach and Jess on the hammock. Zach is talking to Jess about how he's never seen anyone like Jen. Jess says that if "he" had talked to her that way, he’d be dead, because her family would kill him. Zach says that he's the type of guy that if he'd seen that kind of disrespect in a bar he would have stood up for the woman, but there...it's not his problem, why get involved.

Zach says Jen can really take the heat but she sets herself up. That Jen calling Daniele out would have made him mad too because it wasn't Jen's place to do that. Jess says yeah, but in all that Daniele, Nick and Jen situation, somebody is lying and she doesn't know whom nor does she want to know.

Zach agrees, says he doesn’t want to know either and that he thinks he shouldn't get involved in anything there and if he was the one who had someone outside the house then that would be his problem. Talk turns to Carol and how Jess felt relieved and free to be herself once she (Carol) left. Zach says that Carol did that to herself because she didn’t campaign.

Amber calls dinner and Jess trying to get away, tells Zach she doesn't want to be rude but she has to go. Zach asks her for a couple more minutes and Jess says okay and then Zack tells her (ed. what he's really been trying to get to for the last hour, LOL) that he wants Nick to stay.

Zach goes on to tell her that Nick doesn't know he is campaigning for him. Zach wants Jess to know that Kail lied to him and that that alliance was only based on a handshake, that Kail only came to him when she needed something from him. Zach tells Jess that she doesn't need to give him an answer right there. Jess tells him what really "pissed her off" with Kail was that she kept pushing her to give her and answer as to who she was voting for (ed. hint, hint) Zach says he understands but wants Jess to keep in mind what he's telling her now that Kail lies. Jess says yeah and that she really has to go. Jess yells "coooming" and runs off inside.

8:40PM BBT: Zach goes to Nick and tells him about his conversation with Jess (apparently Nick knew Zach was going to talk to her) they then talk about how Jess looks like everyone's seventh grade crush. Zach goes to say that he thinks Jameka is hard to read. He also says that World War Three will happen with Jen and Daniele soon.

9:00PM BBT: Jen and Kail are in the round room. Jen leaves to get her brush in the other room. Kail is reading the bible. Meanwhile the dinner crew are still eating.

9:41PM BBT: Daniele goes to see Nick in the bedroom. Nick tells Daniele that they have to work on the way they handle things because they both start fights and they both have to learn to admit when they're wrong. Nick says he's not stressed about leaving but that he doesn't want to leave in bad terms with her (Daniele). He wants to not talk about game for the rest of the time he's there, because he cares about her and these may be the last 36 hours he gets to spend with her.

Daniele says she doesn't want him to go home that's why she's trying to give him advice. Nick tells her it irritated him when she tells him that it would be good for him to listen to her. Daniele says she's trying so hard to help him and he talking like that hurts her feelings. Nick says he doesn't want to waste time talking to people and that he'll talk to Jameka and Amber. He explains to Daniele that he hates it when she (Daniele) cuts him off. Nick says what hurt his game is that he was too friendly to people so they all wanted alliances with him. Nick tells Daniele that if he leaves the house with them both being good, he'll be on top of the world! Daniele says she's been trying to apologize but he doesn't let her.

Nick tells Daniele that he knows his feelings won't change when he leaves the house, but since she has a boyfriend, what happens, happens. Nick asks Daniele if she wants to tell him something... [You can almost hear crickets… ] See the Video

Two feeds are on Daniele and Nick in the dark and the other two are on Amber, Jen, Dustin, Jess, Eric and Jameka playing a game with the houseguests keys. Jen is called to DR. Nick kisses Daniele on ear.

10:45PM BBT: Feeds are on Dustin and Zach in the bathroom. Dustin seems to be pulling out grey hairs. Nick outside playing with the golf clubs. Zach joins Nick in the BY. Nick tells him he did get his singing fix in today. Nick is talking about bringing his sister to the wrap party or a buddy that played for the Chargers even though he was originally his brother's best friend Nick says he's pretty much his best friend now. Nick doesn't think his brother would come since he's really not into the show. Zach talk about all his hot chicks and offers Nick to set him up.

Meanwhile, inside, and ice cream party has ensued with Jameka, Dustin, Dick, Jessica, Eric, Kail, and Jen. Jessica and Dick leave to go outside where Nick and Zach's golf game continues.

11:00PM BBT: Jessica tells Dick about her ex-. She says didn't see eye-to-eye, and that he was irresponsible with money. Dick ties to find out about their sex life, and Jessica doesn't want to get into it saying their relationship "started off rocky."   Talk turns to marriage: Jessica said when her and ex first started dating he lied a lot and had sex with a lot of people she knew and he and they lied about it. Jessica says that she hasn't dated since they broke up. She says Wichita KS is so small you tend to run into a lot of ex's. The population is only 500,000. Dick is surprised it so small saying "Long Beach is bigger than that."

While Dick is telling stories, Eric and Dustin come out and join them on the opposite couch. Dick tells Eric he looks "odd with a perplexed look on his face."   Eric says he's just tired and bored.

Dick is talking about the population of Los Angeles.   Dustin says it's about four million,   Zach says it's smaller [Dustin is correct].

Cameras she a quick shot of Kail helping Jen floss her teeth in the bathroom. Eric asks if he can go upstairs to listen to music.

Dick asks Jessica how many kids she wants to have. Jessica says "none." Dick saying having children "is a major part of the human experience" he gets a lot of "whatevers" f rom Jessica and Dustin who says it hard enough to take care of himself. Dick says Dustin just doesn't want kids because he's gay. Dustin says no that it just as easy to for him to wear pants and shirt a "size bigger" a go into a bar a "fuck a chick." Jen asks "Why a size bigger?" Dustin says that's how straight people dress. Dick warns them not to let other people raise your kids because you'll end up with a kid like Jen. [Earlier, Dustin said that when his brother gets married and has kids Dustin is going to be a very active uncle and it will be like the kids have three parents. Note to Dustin's brother: Be sure your future wife is aware of this before she says "I Do."]

11:30PM BBT: Amber is working out on the treadmill. Nick enters and Amber asks if they are going to talk later after abs class and Nick says OK. Nick tells her he thinks he can get the votes, in fact he's sure, but Nick says he knows his nomination was a consensus of the house, so he isn't going to campaign. Amber is just saying "umm-hmm". Nick starts to count votes, he thinks he might have Dick and Jessica because they hate Kail. Nick says he thinks he has Jameka, Daniele, and Zach.

Amber says she wants to tell him the truth "because I love you." Nick says he wants to stay, but if it's his time, that's OK too he has a good life to go back to in Minnesota. Nick tells Amber he thinks Dustin is a sketchy guy.

Amber tells him there are other things she wants to ask him, about the things he said about her to other people. Amber says, We'll talk tomorrow. I love you." "I love you too." Nick replies.

11:40PM BBT: As the girls and Dustin prepare for abs class, Nick returns to the bedroom to lay with Daniele who isn't feeling well, Nick said earlier that it may be her time of the month and Amber told him that she was on her period.

Amber tells Dustin in the kitchen that, "Tomorrow I'm only drinking water." Dustin says that Jameka said "No" to the abs class but she'll will join Amber on her water diet.

Nick and Daniele are in bed and Daniele looks like she really is sleeping while a rustling Nick rubs her back..

Meanwhile, Dick is complaining about cleaning up and says that Mike did a lot when he was there.

11:45PM BBT: Abs class begins with Amber, Dustin, Jen and Jameka [I guess she changed her mind] Amber is whining that she's at her heaviest and can't figure it out "I haven't taking my medicine in three days." Jessica is sleeping.   The other feed has Nick and Daniele in bed, but they're not doing anything.

11:55PM BBT: Dick and Eric upstairs talking in HoH. Dick tells Eric abs class is going on and that's why he's up there. Dick says "If Jen answers another question I'm asking someone else..." Dick continues Jen bashing.

Eric telling a Survivor season the women formed a strong alliance and it was 7-1 and the guy still won the show. Eric says the women were "catty'" and eat their own but doesn't think it won't happen in the BB house. Dick says "I really want to break up the bible bitches" Eric agrees.

Dick makes fun of Jameka. "I think I'll add a new verse to the bible - thou shall not change the magic ping pong ball" Eric says he doesn't make fun of people who believe in God and says that's why there is a DR. He tells Dick about Amber's mom's premonition as being the final two. Eric says that it's going to be Eric, Zack, Dick, or Daniele for HoH tomorrow.

Dick saying he got gypped out of his CBS.com questions because he was sleeping. Eric was about to say "the basic questions" when BB warned them about discussing their DR sessions.

Eric asking if Nick believes he's really leaving and Dick says Nick told him he's not campaigning and if he's sent home he'll be OK with that. Dick and Eric laugh about Kail's pathetic attempt at campaigning.

Eric says that tonight is the first time in weeks that he let his mind drift to home, since it's hard to do since his mind is wrapped up in the game. Eric saying it will be weird once he gets out and is able to make phone calls...

Eric says he hopes to have relationships after the show they are bonded together for the rest of their lives and hopes they don't harbor grudges. Eric says he can see him and Dick having a beer in a bar in LA with even Jen being there. Eric says that him and Dick are what you see "are what you get guys" but admits they will wince as what was said about them. Eric says he says good about people he likes and doesn't about people he doesn't. Eric says he's not excited about having pictures from home.   He says it could either recharge his batteries or make his mind stray from the game.   Dick saying he's sick of the majority of the people here. They end up going on a Joe bashing jag.

Dick says Dustin has to go even before Zach. Eric is talking about not letting easy targets get through the cracks. Dick relates a story about Dustin stealing $3,000 from his father and Dick saying he'll have no problems fucking them over down the road. FotH!

Dick saying if Zach got HoH he would put up Kail and Jen, though Eric says his chances are 0% he'll win. Dick sarcastically says if he had a God who would grant him "the magic ping pong ball I would be set."   He continues with more Jameka / Christian bashing and the "hypocrisy of it."   Eric saying no point is saying anything because there is no rationalizing with religious people.
