After Midnight:   The giraffe topiary  holds up Dick's make-shift volleyball net and the whole household comes out to play.

12:30AM BBT:  Jessica and Eric talking in the bedroom. Jessica mad because people made fun of her volleyball skills and she didn't want to play in the first place.  Jessica calls them all bitches.  She had a DR session and wasn't happy about that conversation.  "They thought I was going to say funny things-- it's not funny."  Eric mentions about putting his ass up to the camera and showing that it was swollen.

The volleyball game continues.

12:45AM BBT:  Jameka and Dick try to comfort Jessica and she says she just wants to eat ice cream. Jessica  says she'll come out later.  Jameka says she'll be hot tubing.

12:55AM BBT:  Eric is still joking around about his butt with all the girls in the bathroom.  Meanwhile Dick is talking about his adventures of dating 3 women at a time.  Kail tells him he shouldn't be dating three girls.  Something happened to the volleyball.  1:00AM BBT:  Looks like the ball was lost and Dick is taking down their net so the volleyball game appears to be over.  Eric telling stories in the bathroom.  Dick tells Kail that tonight was a fun night and that he needed it.

1:15AM BBT:   Amber and Daniele talking about who's the cutest.  They say Jessica is cute and Amber says  "She has the most perfect body ever."  [not sure who she was talking about]  Daniele says Mike is really cute and the "prettiest."  Amber says, "Do you think Dustin is the hottest?"  Daniele explains to Amber that Dustin looks like a guy she went on a date with once.  Amber says,  "Dustin, Nick and Eric."  Daniele says, "Zach is awful."  They move on to discuss that Carol's and Zach's pictures are better than they look in real life.  Amber again says,  "Dustin is cute."  Daniele agrees.

Eric comes in acting like a dork.  He tells Amber he went in to the DR and wasn't in there too long.  Meanwhile there is a Hot Tub Party outside with Jameka, Mike, Jen and Nick with Dick sitting on the couch on the patio.

1:40AM BBT: Jen and Mike talking about their model agency contracts and not sure what they can talk about [Before BB warns them].   Mike says he doesn't think he'll have a problem but now he says it's going to be a huge pain in the ass running everything through CBS. Mike said he didn't even have time to let his agency know.

Dick talking about Jen saying her nanny life is almost over because her kids are getting bigger.  Kail says she thinks Jen is a hard worker.   Dick says probably she is but she is self-centered. He goes on to say Jen talks crap saying she works anytime she wants and has three cell phones she doesn't pay for. Dick gets disgusted listening to her "I gotta leave."

In the bedroom Nick, Dick and Zach are talking about kicking his ex out of his apartment.  He pays $20/month for his apartment because he's a student. Dick saying he pays $500/month for just storage.

1:55AM BBT: In the bathroom Amber is complaining about how she can't turn off her emotions talking to Eric. Jameka's in there too and Eric is kidding around with the camera. Dustin comes in and asks Amber if she's going to bed. Jameka is going in a few. While Amber said she's not going. FotH

We’re back and Eric is talking about seeing what the options are before they a decide who to vote out. Jameka' agrees. [I'm guessing America wants Kail out – StevenV] Eric walking around looking for someone to talk to while Mike and Jen with Dick and Jessica are outside.  Eric joins them.

2:00AM BBT: Talking about the mustard incident.  Jokingly,  Eric says 99% house consensus it was Kail.  Jen still thinks it was Dick and drilling him to his whereabouts.  Dick says he was in DR.  Eric talks about Nick hiding his stuff in the SR,  Jen says that Nick admitted to playing practical jokes, but he isn’t the one that did the mustard.

Jen is trying to figure it out. She said Zach was working out the entire time.  Jen saying she remembers someone [Dick] using using mustard to write.  Now she says she doesn't care and wants to end this discussion.

Jen says the small room is plotting to give them Zach when a member leaves. Jen: “There is now way I'm sleeping with Zach and no way Kail is sleeping with Zach.” [This was said with Mike in the hot tub where he could hear her].

2:20AM BBT: Eric reveals that he figured out the prank where Nick's been hiding his clothes in the SR, and in retaliation, Eric throws Nick and Dustin's clothes up in the LR where they can't reach them.   Dustin says it took three days to figure it out. Eric thanks them for the prank war and tells them good job.

2:40AM BBT: Jessica is doing some house trivia questions with Eric. They are closing their eyes and asking questions around the house.

2:45AM BBT: In the bathroom,  Mike is telling Jen what happened with the Joe vote.  Mike says he switching the votes so he wouldn't jeopardize the alliance and Mike saying she knew but in the end she was surprised. Mike says after all he says he basically offered to be put up on the block to prove that out of fairness he would let the house decide. Jen says Kail expects her to vote for her to stay and that isn't fair. Jen says she told her she’d vote the way the house votes.

Mike saying he'll bring up who they want on the jury,  someone who votes on how the game was played or a person who takes things personal. Mike says those are things he'll deliver to people and that's the extent of what his campaigning will be. He's worried people will see him as more of a threat compared to Kail and might vote him out.

Mike asked if she's heard any indications and Jen says no and she hasn't asked but will let him know when she finds out.

3:00AM BBT:  The living room trivia game still going on. Eric, Jess, Jameka. Dick, Jen and Mike are still up and around.

By 3:30AM BBT:  Jessica has retired, the trivia questions have dwindled, but the rest still sit there in the LR.  They comment on Eric's large member and say that he should be proud.  In the next few minutes they begin to go their separate ways.  Dick goes outside,  where Jameka is checking her laundry.

Jameka has been in three relationships, two for five years each, one for four. One ended because he cheated and one of them is still on a  "we'll see"  basis. She heads on to bed, leaving Dick alone in the kitchen, laughing with himself as he does. He plans to sleep upstairs again.

4:00AM BBT:  Dick is outside for his late night cigarette. "No recap tonight? Oh, c'mon, I do a recap every night."  And he begins his sporadic rambling, mixed with sound effects and laundry checks.

7:25AM BBT:  They're all .  8:05AM BBT:  Still sleeping.  9:00AM BBT:  BB: Good morning Houseguests, it's time to get up for the day.  Then BB began to play them the Star Wars Theme very loudly!!  FotH See the Video  9:25AM BBT:  FotH still going... 

10:15AM BBT:  They're up and all outside on OD LD.  Kail is doing her makeup, Jameka is in her rollers.  Everyone sitting around trying to wakeup.

10:30AM BBT:  Amber's bashing all the HGs to Jameka,  "There's a lot of fucked up people in this house..."  Mostly she's picking on Evil Dick, but I've heard the word "creepy" a few times which usually refers to Zach.  She says Dustin has a great personality.  Amber tells Jameka that Dick was saying he could have had Anna Nicole Smith.

Last night Eric revealed that he was aware that Nick and Dustin were hiding his clothes in the SR.  Today, Nick's shorts are at the bottom of the pool,  held down with a weight.

I don't really understand the circumstances,  however Amber explains that her mother accidentally ran over her with a Cadillac when she was 3½.   Amber had her Cabbage Patch doll with her at the time,  now her daughter has the doll.  Zach says he has a Cabbage Patch doll but he didn't bring it with him,  he had his Snoopy doll to sleep with at the hotel during sequester.  [Zach delivered this information so dryly that I couldn't tell if it was joking.] 

11:25AM BBT:  Outdoor LD is over, everyone scatters,  some to take naps.  Zach asks Dustin how it works when they get out of the house as far as taking jobs on TV or film.  Dustin tells them their contract requires them to get approval for all work for the next three years.  [I always thought the contract for TV and film was for one year,  and a four year confidentially agreement.  I could be wrong, or it might have been changed.] 

Noon:  Almost everyone is outside soaking up sun except for Nick who is napping.   See the Video

1:20PM BBT:  Mike talks to Dustin   Mike hopes that Dustin sees that it took courage to stand up to Dick at the PoV,   and it took integrity to remain loyal to his alliance with Kail.  Mike explains why he and Kail wanted Dick out last week.  Mike says that Kail got caught up in the campaigning.  Mike says he told Kail votes weren't there.   Kail  asked Mike what to do,   Mike said it won't matter because he (Dick) already knows you were campaigning against him.  Dustin asks if Mike advised Kail to stick to her word (the deal she made with Dick).  Mike says yes.

Mike repeats many times that he wanted to play with integrity and that he hasn't lied to anyone. 

Mike:  "In retrospect, for reasons for you to consider keeping me around,  I'd hope you'd consider me in the future that you could confide in the future in me that I'd be an honest and trustworthy person,  for advice or anything really.  Personally,  I can tell you that until the end of the game I will not be making any alliances.   I'm going to be completely solo.   As far as threats go,  I don't know where I'm viewed,  I don't know if I'm viewed as threatening or not.   But I'm willing to suggest to he house, that if I were to win HoH in the game later down the line,  I'd be willing to make everything as impersonal as possible and it'd basically be a democracy in the house. "

Mike continues on the theme about keeping the harmony in the house.

Dustin:   "I like the fact that you take a diplomatic standpoint behind your decision making. at the same time,  you remain honest and true.  Now, my question is,  did you not go after Jen during the PoV competition because of the fact she didn't put you up in the previous week?"

Mike:  "Yeah,  basically,  she trusted in me last week and I wanted to respect her decision because nobody really knew each other.  Nobody still really knows each other.   Maybe some people feel stronger connections with others.  You can get a feel for a person but...  in all respect,  with who I am..   remaining honest with myself..  I give people the benefit of the doubt,  personally I felt I owed her some time of respect and loyalty in that situation.   Yeah,  she spilled the beans on the alliance,  but people knew about us since day two or three.  It didn't bug me,  in all fairness to Kail,  I told her I'd put myself in her position,  I told her it wasn't fair because we (Kail and Mike) wanted the same thing,  but she got caught for it. So,  that's where I'm coming from."

Dustin:  "It's a tricky situation because you both came from the same spot.  You made a hasty decision in the beginning of the game,  and created something in the first or second day.   I take it as an honest mistake,  and then from the way things broke down, there was obviously a crack in the alliance in which, you know,   they were split up 2/2.   Then those two broke up,   but you remained true to Kail and Kail remained true to you.   It was that point I realized you were the true and honest and strongest member.  Through her actions she proved herself to be an untrustworthy person (Kail).  I feel that here,  second to Jameka,  I have a lot of learning to do in this house."

Dustin continues:  "You've been consistent but what concerns me,  is we never talked game or anything at all.  Um--   As far as where my vote is for this week,  I honestly can't tell you.   Because I'm choosing not to.   Just know that my stand is strategic,  not personal. if I feel one person could benefit me,  I'll most likely keep that person in the house.  So, down the line,   you know,   you've proven yourself through the PoV that you will throw your neck out.  Kail threw her neck out as far as campaigning went.  You both have your pros and cons.  I don't know where the trust fell through, but I know it wasn't you or Kail that cracked the alliance.   My position in this game,  due to the position in which I entered,  is to remain as neutral as possible.  The only thing I have is a strong relationship with Amber.  It can work for and against me,  but I don't see where that would affect your game.  I'm still a little confused,  so Jen didn't put you up,  so you felt you owed her?  Is that gonna be like that every week... owing the HoH for not putting you up?"

Mike:   "Ultimately I will reciprocate good actions.  Doing things for others as what you wish you'd want done for yourself is kinda a motto I'd like to live by honesty and integrity is my thing.  So I don't want you to think that because someone new can win HoH each week that I'll have a big group of people I'll owe something to.  I did what I had to do with Jen,  so I don't owe her anything.   As far as a favor, I don't wanna call it a favor, but you kinda have to have your limits.  I wanna remain true to myself and honor and give them loyalty for something they do for me, but at the same time it has to end at that."

Mike says he's flying solo from now on, it wasn't his choice to be in the alliance necessarily, Kail sought him out.  Read More Here

Mike goes on to have a short,  purely social chat with Daniel. 

1:45PM BBT:  I think everyone was quite excited over this conversation,  as we thought it would lead to a deal,  or a new alliance, or something.  After the talk,  Dustin related the conversation to Nick,  noting that the most significant part of the conversation is that Mike can talk.  Dustin says that in 21 days this is the most he's ever heard Mike say.  "Usually the only thing Mike has to offer are little nutrition tips." Dustin says.   Dustin told Nick that Mike left it rather vague.   He is not making his vote personally,  but strategically.  Dustin was surprised that Mike spoke to him.  He said they have been in the house almost a month, and that is the most he has spoken to Dustin.  He said other than that it has been diet tips.  Dustin said Mike hasn't told any lies that he knows of,  and Nick said that doesn't mean he is playing a good game, he is just playing as a mute.

Dustin feels if Zach gets HoH, then he will go up. Nick seemed surprised. Dustin said Zach intimidated that he wanted a deal before HoH contest. Zach is gunning for HoH. Nick said he would put up Jessica, Kail or Zach. They said if one of them gets HoH, they might have problems. Nick said he doesn't want HoH, and he doesn't see why Zach wants to burn bridges.  Jen might get it again,  and she might put up Daniele and Dick again. She wants people in sequester that are young, fun people.  Zach is in her crosshairs,  and so is Daniele.  Nick thinks Kail would put Zach up.

Dick gets his HoH camera and he hopes to get some great pictures with the camera.  He said he has to do his blog.  He told them he wanted to have a cigarette and think first,  then he will go do the blog.

Nick asked Dustin if he has slept today.  Dustin said he napped for about 30 minutes then realized he was drooling and woke up.  Nick tells about a dream he had eating blueberry and cat food pies,  and he woke up because Zach was kicking the dresser.

2:00PM BBT:  Feed switches to Daniele and Zach inside.  Zach doesn't understand how people who wear glasses can function because he can't.   He has worn contacts since he was 17,  and he has only worn contacts.   Daniele said she used to have perfect eyesight, but she thinks by being a computer nerd,  in the dark at night,  she might have ruined her eyesight.  Daniele says she feels sorry for littlie kids who have to wear really thick glasses.  She thinks maybe there will be surgery in the future to help.  Zach wants to get Lasik.   Daniele starts a story about a lady with triplets who are blind and deaf, then... feeds switch to Dustin and Nick.

3:30PM BBT:  Mike talks to Eric  This is an odd campaign trail in that the candidate, Mike,  isn't making any campaign promises,  he wants to stay based strictly on the premise that he's an honest,  loyal person.   Just like in his conversation with Dustin,  Mike drives home the point that he's not interested in joining another alliance,  and if we see fit to keep him in the game he will play with integrity and honesty. 

Eric:  "What was your intention of applying for the show?  I want to play with people who truly wanted to be on the show, and we know Kail's intention.   Carol bugged me for walking around telling of her plans for the summer,  it was what made it hard to vote out Joe,  because I knew he wanted to be here."
Mike: "I started watching BB6, missed the first few but then I was pulled in, watched All-Stars.  This was the first year I applied.
Eric:  "What about it appealed to you?"
Mike:  "Just the challenge.  Going through 12-14 people,  and coming out on top.  A lot of the cast,  I assume some at least,  are cast because they are liars.  There are a few diamonds in the rough that are honest,   and I know that's who I am,  but if I did,  what a reward,  to play with integrity and honesty,  I'd be very well rewarded.-- Rather than getting through lying and deceiving.  People asked early on at dinner,  what would you do with the money if you won.   Some had it planned out,  because that was their goal,   some didn't have an answer, and I was disturbed a little by that."
Eric:   "In my eyes,  the more time goes by, the clearer it is who are the upstanding, straight forward.   I myself want to play genuine,  be myself,  take it or leave it,  you know what you are getting from me,  I'm a man of my word.  It's hard to decipher at first--   I was not sad to see Joe go,  because he had an alliance with every person and thing,  wouldn't surprise me to wake in the night and him be making alliances with the sink and microwave!  I think it's important,  I know you aren't one that applies to...  I feel when I have a conversation, it's me not the whole house having the conversation.   Yesterday I had a conversation with someone,   two hours later I walked by and heard the entire conversation being repeated,  nothing important,  but I didn't know I was having a press conference.  I've never had that impression with you.   I'm curious why you think you and I haven't had time to sit down and talk game,  etc.?"
Mike:   "Product of circumstances--  me wanting to get to know you better...  There is so much going on in the house,  it's not been you only,  but other people I haven't tapped into to get to know them,   just brief overview.  Unfortunately there hasn't been the one on one time.
Eric:  "It gets where I'd like to but it feels out of the blue right now..."

Jen walks up and sits with them... Dick comes out with camera asking for an Eric/Jessica photo-shoot in the HoH bathtub.  Dick wants Eric to pose for pictures,  Eric asks that he have five minutes to finish his conversation.   After Dick leaves,  Eric wants to make the point that there have been things that have gone down that he wasn't a part of.  In short,  Eric is telling Mike that he and that the rest of the house  have not agreed with Dick's methods or appreciated the air of tension that he's created.  Mike says he understands.

4:00PM BBT:  Dick continues taking pictures and gets Jessica and Eric in the bath tub with him.  As the bubbles subside,  Dick tries to rejuvenate them by farting in the water.  Everyone is enjoying each other's company so much  you'd think it was still the first week.  Dick really did a good job of posing people for his HoH pictures,  I'll be looking forward to seeing them tomorrow on the CBS.com website   See the Video

4:40PM BBT:  We're back on the campaign trail with Mike.  He re-visits Daniele and the talk goes pretty much like it did with the others,  beginning with Daniele saying she really doesn't know Mike very well because they never talked.  Mike's talk with Daniele keeps getting interrupted, but it wraps up around 5:10PM as BB calls for an indoor LD. |4:50PM BBT:  Kail is telling Eric she would be willing to be the pawn for the next two weeks if he would keep her. Eric says "Let's be honest,  Zach is not right with the girls and if he gets put up he is gone so there really isn't a need for the pawn."  [He is really trying to save Mike in the house so I think AC is to get rid of Kail]

Kail is saying she can't go to Daniele with this and ask her to go against her dad.   Eric is making sure that Kail doesn't want to go for HoH.  Kail repeats her offer to be a pawn,  Eric repeats that they don't need a pawn,  and that they will get rid of Zach.

Eric says that the one thing he is curious about is Nick's role in this.  Eric says for a long time he felt Nick needed to get out sooner than later,  this whole situation has proven Eric's feelings was right. Eric feels Joe was helping Nick process things and now that Joe is gone, Nick has had many melt downs. (going over what Nick has said and done). Eric says Nick has unraveled after he was exposed.

Kail is repeating her exact story about how Zach came to her for an alliance.  Kail says Nick has been the friendliest with her today and yesterday than he has been the whole time they have been in the house.

Five-Something....  Mike talks to Zach in the gym.  This is the only stop where some Kail bashing went on,  mostly by Zach.  Later, in the HoH room,  Eric is trying to sell Dick,  Dustin and Jameka on keeping Mike.  He's being subtle,  but you can tell very clearly that America has asked Eric to send Kail home.  Audio Clip [22 minutes]

6:30PM BBT:  The Big Big Brother summit meeting is still going on in the HoH room.  Everyone is throwing out their opinion on who should go home on Thursday.  Eric has done a good job,  in that at this time,  he has swung Dick back to the idea of booting out Kail.  [WTG, Eric!]  Audio Clip [32 minutes]  6:45PM  Daniele and Amber join the summit.  Daniele reminds everyone that Kail's been auditioning for three years, and in BB5 she made the final cut,  "What does Kail have that they [BB casting] keep bringing her back?  There's more to her than what meets the eye."  Dick agrees wholeheartedly,  "With that personality?  She must have something going for herself that we can't see."   

7:30PM BBT:  Eric is about to bring Jessica up to speed on the conversation they had in the HoH room when Zach walks in to get is laundry together.  Zach asks how the big pow-wow went,  and Eric tells him they didn't talk about anything important.  "Why don't I believe that? Forty-five minutes... " Zach asks.  "It was anything worth mentioning,  just like you were talking on the patio,  we were talking upstairs."  Zach leaves with his laundry and Eric resumes their talk where he left off.  Jessica would rather keep Mike,  and Eric says that "they're split" and he doesn't want to get on their wrong side by forcing the issue,  but with a little more time,  they may have the votes.  Read More

8:00PM BBT:  Another lovers quarrel  Nick is talking to Daniele and Daniele is looking at the ceiling.  Nick:  "Could you at least look at me when I talk to you?"  Daniele:  "How rude!  Who do you think you are,  my mother?"   Nick:  "Rude?  You're the one being rude.  It's rude not to look at the person you're talking with."

Jen enters the tiny room where Nick,  Jessica,  and Eric are talking about who should go.   Jen is in favor of sending Kail home.    Jen says they slept in the same bed and Kail never trusted her enough to tell her about her alliance,  "And then she goes and tells Evil Dick before she tells me."  Just one thing,  Jen doesn't want the one that's going home to be lied to like they did with Joe.  "I didn't lie to Joe." Eric tells her.

8:10PM BBT: On the patio, Dick is grilling dinner.  Nick asks Dick,  "What's with your daughter?  Why is she so God damn difficult to talk to?"  Dick: "Look who you're fuckin' asking."  See the Video

8:20PM BBT:  Nick goes to Amber and Dustin (they are in the hammock) and Dustin says "It isn't any of my business and I don't want to hear about it. Nick says he wasn't going to say anything, then proceeds to go ahead and tell them that Daniele is rude and needs to learn some manners and goes on to say he politely asked her to look at him while he talks and that she refuses to and she is rude.  Nick leaves to go back to lifting weights, 

Eric tells Daniele what Nick said to him about Daniele and Daniele says she just literally got screamed at and Dick said that Nick is going crazy.  Jameka got into it with Nick, Dick got into it with Nick and Daniele did. Zach is in the back talking to Nick about how no one likes him, they think he is ugly.

Jameka tells Daniele about her fight with Nick.  It boiled down to Nick felt like Jameka overlooked him when she was asking who wanted a hamburger for lunch.  He made his own lunch of chicken and she asked him not to use the same cooking tool as she was because it wasn't good to cross contaminate it between raw chicken and raw beef and he went off on her.

Meanwhile...  Nick is now complaining again to Amber about Daniele and how rude she was.  Nick says he isn't going to eat and the girls are upset at Nick for being rude because this is the last night they will be together.   Amber is calling everyone and demanding Nick to come in. Nick says fine for a few minutes but he isn't eating.

8:40PM BBT:  Nick went back outside,  Zach followed him and they are talking about how little respect they get from this house.  Zach says he wants to blow the f'ing roof off this house,  he feels he and Nick can be just like Will and Boogie.

8:50PM BBT:  At dinner,  Dick upset Amber by saying he thinks it is disheartening that Amber says she loves her dog as much as she loves her daughter.  Amber gets mad and he says not to get mad,  he just can't see how anyone can put an animal on the same level of love as a child.   Amber is holding back the tears,  trying not to get emotional and Daniele asks if she's alright.  Jameka tries to change the subject and lighten the mood.

Dick says he doesn't want to belabor the topic but he wants to ask Amber a couple of questions.  She instantly goes into how she loves her dog as much as she loves her daughter.  Dick says would you give up your life for your dog and your daughter,  Amber says yes.  Dick says she is foolish.  Amber is defending her feelings of love for both dog and daughter.  Dick says she doesn't have to get mad at him,  it's his opinion and she doesn't have to agree.  Amber gets so emotional.   Amber says she only gets like this with him,  he is impossible.   Dick says it is his opinion what is the big thing.  Amber says fine when she has her opinions then he needs to shut the fuck up,  Dick says no,  just when he has an opinion it is just that, his.

Dick walks away,  Amber says "he always has to get the fucking last word in, I can't stand him, Gawddddddddddddd".  Now she is pissed and is screaming "Why do you take everything so personal,  Well I only take things personal when it is from you,   You fucking pick on me all day long.  A person can only take so much from a person, he is the only person that pushes my buttons,  what does that say about him?"  Dustin says he knows he can get to you. Amber says "He keeps attacking me and going after me,  I can't stand people like that.  He makes me so fucking sad."

9:10PM BBT:  Amber and Dustin still doing dishes and Dick walks up and reminds Amber that it is just an opinion,  she just makes him feel like she would throw her daughter under the train to save the dog.  Amber says fine what ever and when Dick leaves she starts complaining about how he won't leave her alone.  He keeps coming back and harping at her and she doesn't understand. Dustin says he is doing it for himself more than attacking Amber. Amber just doesn't understand.

Amber said something about doing something to Dick [Can't hear over the water]  Dustin says  NO,  you can't do that,  just let it go.  Amber says she can't help it, he is pushing her too far and Dustin says remember why you're here and don't do something you will regret later.

Dustin reminds her not to do anything now because she is heated up, wait and get your head back in the game before you do anything. Amber is going on and on about how bad Dick is and how he claims to be straight forward and not two faced, but she feels he is.  Dustin calmly reminds her Eric will get what is coming to him,  to hang on and keep her head in the game.

9:30PM BBT:  Dick comments to Amber that he's gotten into arguments with Jameka about religion.  Dick is saying he disagrees, big deal. "It was my opinion." Dick says.  Amber:  "I already knew that,  you said that two seconds before.  I was just like you know-- It doesn't' matter."
Dick:  "If you don't know me by now and I say what's on my mind.  I'm not going to get upset you're a dumbfuck if you give your dog $10,000 of operations.  I would put my dog down before that.  Everyone has different opinions.  Chocolate milk anybody?  And it doesn't mean I love you any less."   Amber laughs.  Jameka comes out, Daniele goes into DR  Daniele says  "Mike,  get out of my way" in a joking way.

9:45PM BBT:  Zach saying he can pull off major booty with his moves in clubs. He said he has the moves.  He's talking about his game with the girls in the club.  The three go outside.  Jameka and Amber go to hammock while Zach goes to talk to the hot tub people.  The HT people were talking about the first HoH questions.

Amber: "What am I going to do with Dick?"
Jameka:  "Stop responding"
Amber:  "Me? I'm just sick of him thinking he knows it all."

[I'm trying to transcribe what Amber is saying but she is jumping all over the place.  Talking about HoH sleeping arrangements,  the pictures,  not really making too much sense or progress with what she is saying because she keeps changing topics.  Amber says she told Dick he bothered her the past few days.  Talking about Dick slamming the sliding glass door.  It's hard to follow her conversation.  She's talking about her altercations with Dick in recent days. -CajunBoiler]

10:15PM BBT:  Ed and Kail are making small talk in the HT.  Jameka and Amber are in the hammock.  Dustin is off camera with some of the other guys by the weights.  Nothing interesting going on.

Amber and Dustin and Jameka were in the hammock, and Jen came up to them,  and Amber basically told her that they were talking and she should leave. She replied "Sor-ry!" in a  sing-songed tone.  Then Eric came by,  and she told him the same thing, but then said she was joking, and told him to come back.  He was offended, though.  So then Amber was offended that Eric seemed offended.

11:30PM BBT:  Dick (knowing that he has already told the house to vote out Mike) has now decided that he wants to get something out of "saving" Kail, even though he isn't really saving her-- he's taking out Mike,  who he deems the bigger threat.

Earlier in the evening,  Amber and Jameka were in the hammock and Amber was saying she feels so angry because Dick came to her and said that he might go and tell Kail that he was able to get everyone to keep her.  Amber said that he didn't need to take credit for her (Amber's) vote! She was voting that way without him telling her to do so.

So, now Dick is talking to Kail,  and he is acting very nervous,  talking fast, and acting very confrontational towards her.  "Why should I do"  this or that, on and on.  He has been talking for a while now. Kail hasn't asked him to do anything for her,  so she is very confused by the purpose of this conversation that he wanted to have with her. [Kail has already gone to several of the houseguests, and they have told her they will probably vote for her to stay, so she feels pretty confident about the vote, regardless of what Dick has told her --CatNipToy].

Kail keeps asking Dick why he is saying all of this to her.  Is he looking for her to offer him a deal,  or make him a promise?  She hasn't made him a promise,  and yet he says things like  "Why should I even believe a promise from you,  after you lied to me and campaigned to get me out?"  He is acting as though Kail came to him and offered him a deal or promise,  and yet she hasn't done that. [I understand why Dick is doing this, as he wants something out of not voting Kail out. But he is not doing a good job of this at all --CatNipToy]

Dick is saying that Mike has never lied to him,  has been pleasant to be around, etc. He's griping about how he has had a hard HoH stint, and he has done what the house wanted and they have thanked him for doing this work for them, basically. He says that houseguests have come up to him and thanked him for taking out Kail.

Dick seems to almost be taunting Kail at one point, saying that she has tried for three years to get on the show,  has been to the semi-finals and then found that they didn't want her, and she has tried and persevered. He says that she must really, really want this--he's not a fool! And it must really suck, it is horrible for her that Dick has taken this chance away from her in only the third week! (I'm not sure if he wants her to cry, or applaud, or fall at his feet--it's getting ridiculous--Cat) Kail just says that she feels that God has had a reason for not putting her into the other seasons, and she understands that, and she has been at peace this week with whatever happens.

Dick says that he could make several comments about her "God" comments,  but he won't. Then he starts griping about how awful being HoH is.  Kail agrees and says she doesn't want to be HoH again.  She just wants to go with "what the house wants."  She doesn't want an opinion any more.  He pounces on that and says, "You don't want an OPINION?"  She says she means she doesn't want a side,  or to campaign for anything any longer.  She just wants to have fun and be there and enjoy it.  She says she has had the most fun in the past few days that she has had the whole time she's been there,  and she would just continue on that way.  Dick says that you can't just have fun-- even if you aren't HoH, you have to perform in the competitions.   He says people wouldn't appreciate it if she stopped performing in those!   He keeps saying that with the way she has lied to him,  why should he even bother to help her,  or to believe anything she tells him?  Again,  she appears confused,  as she hasn't asked him to do so,  and she says she doesn't know what he wants.

Amber tells Dustin if Dick ever goes up with Daniele she's voting Dick off and she's not throwing the PoV like she did last time.

11:45PM BBT:  Amber is going to dye Dick's hair in the HoH room.  Dick says he wanted to separate himself from her and Dustin to squash the rumor the three of them are an alliance.  Amber says "we're not."   Dick  warns her that perception is everything.  Amber says that she was the target in week one because she's a single mom.   Daniele told her that.  Their strategy was to target her and use Carol as the pawn and worried she would be unbeatable in final two.  Dick says it proves "Kail is full of shit"  Amber says "I know."  Kail and Jameka come in  and Dick sends them away.   Amber thinks that Nick "is obsessed with Daniele,"  she doesn't trust him.  Dick tells her Daniele is trusting him less.  Amber says "I like him as a person," but goes on to say she doesn't trust him.  Amber calls Nick a psycho "he has issues" and he's in love with Daniele.
