After Midnight:  Daniele asks Jameka why Amber is mad at her.  Jameka tells Daniele she doesn't know,  she should ask Amber.  Amber walks in and Daniele asks, but it was in a snotty tone [IMHO  -Morty] Amber replies, "I don't care what you tell Nick,  I don't want to talk about it."  Daniele starts to ask again, and Amber says,  "Maybe later,  but I don't want to talk about it know."  Daniele leaves in a snit saying, "Well at least I tried."  Audio Clip [4 minutes]  See the Video   

Dustin enters the bathroom area and asks Daniele if she's mad,  she says yes,  but not at him.  "I'm going to bed." Daniele says.  Dustin:  "So early?"  "I have nothing to stay awake for."  Daniele replies. 

12:45AM BBT:  One reason Daniele has to go to bed is that Nick is there.  They get under the covers and you can hear whispering,  but mostly the rustling of the comforter. 

In the living room Dick,  Eric  and Jessica are talking about  Zach saying he doesn't have a chance to win HoH. Jessica saying if he does they can go up to him and tell him to put Jen and Kail up and be a "part of us."  Dick  starts up again about Dustin taking the prizes.  Jessica says she remembers saying when she watched the shows, "I will never be that person who doesn't  take the trips and what did I do? I just sat there"

Dick tells them that he truly believes Amber is emotionally unstable.  Eric agrees and Jessica says "I feel bad for her."   Dick says "I don't but I  feel bad for her boyfriend."   Dick saying he looks like the guy from the Goonies,  and Eric imitates the character:  "Hey you guys.."  Eric says Dustin is smart but made bad decision.   Dick says he's an idiot because if he was smart he wouldn't be taking trips.

1:05AM BBT:  Daniele and Nick are done with their cuddling, whispering,  or whatever they do under the cover,  and Nick goes back to his place on the floor. 

1:45AM BBT:  Daniele is now in the living room with Jameka, Eric, Dustin,  Amber,  and Jessica.   They are all pretty surprised that Dick went to bed and isn't outside.  I didn't catch the context, but Eric just used his catch-phrase,  "I'd do that for a dollar." 

1:50AM BBT:  I don't know where Dick was at 1:45AM, but Dick's up now.  The conversation's been pretty casual.  The topics have ranged from what life will be like as a reality TV star when they get out of the house,  to episodes of Seinfeld.   I've heard Jessica repeat Eric's catch-phrase, "I'd do that for a dollar."  In between there have been lots of FotH.  [OK, frankly I'm getting ready for bed and straightening up my desk and not paying close attention.  -Morty]

2:35AM BBT:  Eric says he's tired of Amber's expressions and that  he's only going only say,  "I'd do that for a dollar" over and over tomorrow until everyone starts saying it.  Dick laughs and thinks it's a funny idea!.  See the Video  (link fixed... sorry)

3:20AM BBT: Nothing is going on and we've got the video to prove it!  See the Video   

4:00AM BBT:  Everyone but Dick is in bed.  Dick is scrubbing down the kitchen mumbling about the slobs he lives with.  

7:50AM BBT:  They're .  9:20AM BBT:  Kail is up and doing morning ADLs... Coffee and yadda, yadda, yadda.  Kail takes a shower and Nick gets up for his morning HT soaking.

Kail joins Nick outside after her shower.  They discuss what time the Veto ceremony will be held and if Zach thinks he will be on the block with Kail. 
Nick:  “You ever get nervous when you go to bed and everyone’s up?”
Kail:  “Yes, matter of fact Jen came up and said everyone is up and in the HoH room. I was like crap! So yes I do get nervous to answer your question.”
Nick:  “Yeah.”
Kail:  “I figure it is out of my hands and there is nothing I can do about it.”
Nick:  "Yep.”
Kail:  “Does he think he is sitting next to me today?”
Nick:  “Yes.”

Nick tells Kail that he thinks Dustin made enemies after the PoV and for  taking prizes and not fighting for the Veto and talk moves to if Jameka will actually use the Veto as promised.  Nick heads to the bathroom and takes a shower leaving Kail alone in the BY.  See the Video

10:45AM BBT:  Nick ate a hearty breakfast of slop.  He spent some time looking at the memory wall.  Daniele got up and went to the bathroom.  After Nick finished his breakfast he washed his dishes and brushed his teeth.  He went and asked Kail who is still in the BY alone, what the time was.  He then headed to the BR and crawled into bed with Daniele.  10:50AM BBT:  Zach was up for a moment using the bathroom but has gone back to bed leaving Kail the only one up again.

11:05AM BBT:  BB:  Good morning Houseguests. The veto ceremony will begin in two hours.

11:30AM BBT:  Dustin and Eric help Kail with the speech she'll give at the PoV meeting.  They give her funny lines and  plays on words that Jen got wrong in the PoV competition.  Kail thinks the lines are funny,  but she fears that she doesn't have the personality to pull it off at the meeting. 

11:45AM BBT:  More talk  about Seinfeld which continues until noon.

12:15PM BBT:  Dustin and Kail are having a talk. Dustin is telling Kail that the person he nominates next to her will have the votes to go home. 
Dustin:  "I have two fears, Jen will put me up and how people will react to me winning the prizes
Kail:  "I promise you I can't control her but I will tell her nominating you and Amber is not the smartest move.

Kail:  "If People keep bringing that up to bring you down, they're not your friends"
Dustin:  "Not one person has mentioned it."
Kail:  "Then leave it alone."
Dustin:  "People have come up to me and said I would've done the same exact thing, even Jen did."
Dustin starts messing with his microphone and we get a FotH.

1:15PM BBT:  The HGs are just nervously hanging around waiting for the PoV meeting which, as usual, is late.  Dustin and Amber are in the sultan's room and Dustin's going over what he wants to say at the meeting.  Dustin thinks Daniele tipped him off to the nominations.  Dustin is going to tell Nick it' was three to four for putting him on the block,  and Dustin felt he had to go with the majority.  He's going to tell Nick that people felt he was playing too hard,  too fast,  and on all sides.

1:30PM BBT:  Daniele retreats to the HoH room and Dustin enters shortly after.  She tells him that it's been very hard on her because Nick keeps asking what's wrong,  she says nothing,  then Nick thinks she's mad at him.  Dustin says it will be a tough week,  and she can't see it right now, but this will be good for her inside this house,  and outside this house.  She says she knows that now.  Dustin says he will give her space,  but if she ever just wants to talk,  or needs a hug,  he'll be there,  "Because no one should grieve alone."  [Note that last night Daniele was listed as one of Dustin's prime targets, "even before Dick."]

1:45PM BBT:  "Houseguests: This is a lock down.  Please go outside and close the sliding glass door."

Zach poses the question, "If you could go anywhere in the world,  and take anyone you want,  where would you go,  who would you take?"  Dick would go by himself,  because you meet more people that way,  and he'd go to Norway. Dick says the women there are incredible.   Jessica would go with her brother, somewhere in the USA,  because the USA  is the best.  Amber would go to Turkey with her sister because her dad is Turkish.  Eric wants to go to Africa, Kenya and with someone who would really appreciate a safari.  Kail would take the family and go somewhere tropical and her son Tyler would probably pick the destination.  Dick asks Kail if BB would give her that trip right now,  but she had to give the destination now,  where would she go?  Kail:  "I don't know I've had kids so long I'm not used to thinking for myself."  She says that if she was going alone, she'd want to go home. She likes it at home. 

2:20PM BBT:  While the HGs were on outdoor LD,  a female voice told everyone to move into the house immediately,  "This is a lock-down, I want to see everyone getting up and going into the house right away.  Thank you so much guys."  Speculation amongst the HGs was that it was a banner plane or other attempt at communication.  See the Video

3:10PM BBT:  Still in FotH
3:15PM BBT:  Feeds are Back Nick is Nominated and Amber's Crying! 

Nick is asking Dick and Eric if everybody knew this was going to happen.  Eric says he heard several names being thrown around.  Nick says it's fine,  he's not going to be a pussy about it. "It's fine."  Nick says Dustin and Amber have been trying to get him to ally with them for the last two weeks and he told them no because he just wants to be with Daniele.

Now all four feeds are on Amber  - DEVASTATED -  and crying, of course.  Jameka and Nick are consoling her.  [Hmmm, shouldn't Amber be consoling Nick?]  The cameras follow Nick around for a little while.  He sits by Daniele who's also crying,  then walks away.

Kail is with Dustin in HoH.  Kail tells him Amber is devastated.  Dustin tells Kail she's not,  Amber is fine with it.  Nick has been playing all sides of the house,  his relationship is too strong with Daniele and Amber and it's disrupting the way they play the game.  Kail asks him if Dustin has four votes against Nick and he assures her he has more than that, that this is what the house wants because it was best for them.  Jen comes in HoH,  Kail says Jen wants her to be positive but she (Kail) is worried because Amber is a wreck,  Dustin says Amber would be a wreck if Zach had been nominated. 

3:25PM BBT:  Nick, Eric and Dick are outside.  Nick asks if it was a "house consensus?"
Zach tries to come outside and Nick asks Zach to "leave them alone for a second!"
Nick says he won't be a pussy about it.  He doesn't even want Zach to come outside.  He tells Zach that "he will be talking loudly" and he doesn't want Zach to hear him.   Zach says that he wasn't even close to him.

Nick says that BB says "Expect the unexpected."   He says that he will see them later, and he goes inside. Before he goes inside, he tells Eric that Eric and Dick may need to shave his head, now.  He tells Zach "Sorry--I just had to talk to them. They asked me a question."  Zach says "Okay," and it's obvious he isn't happy.

Feed switches to Amber, on her stomach, sobbing on her bed.  Nick goes up to her, puts his arm around her and says "It's okay, Baby. We'll talk later, okay?" She keeps crying.

Daniele is sitting on her bed, upset.  Kail looks somber.  Nick is headed for the silhouette room.  Jen sees him and says "Hi, I'll give you your hug." She hugs him (he barely hugs her, really fast.)  She says "It sucks."
Nick is on his knees in front of Daniele who is crying.

3:30PM BBT:  Dick is really angry (for whatever reason). He's angry at Jen.  He calls her a scumbag, and said he hopes Vanna fires her as soon as she gets out.  He said she isn't off the block because anyone likes her.  He is calling her a f*ing piece of shit.  He said he hopes she dies a horrible death.  He is calling her terrible things,  and making fun of her.  She said she is confident in her self.  He said she is so self-centered,  she pulled down the picture of her mother because she didn't like the way she looked.  He then starts talking about how bad she is in bed, a cold fish,  he is really slamming her!!  Jen just grins, tells him she is fine, go ahead.  Dick leaves and she said "You notice he didn't do this before the ceremony."   Audio Clip [13 minutes]

4:00PM BBT:  Jen is in the bathroom area reading the rules of the BB house.  She's reading about physical threats and serious physical threats and intimidation.  She said she's worried that when the yelling doesn't work,  will he resort to something physical.  Of course Kail is right by her side saying how scared she's been of Dick.  Eric steps in and says she has nothing to fear because not only would everyone in the house protect her,  but the 300 people watching from the other side of the wall would stop it.  She says she understands,  but if he goes off and hits her it'll be over before anyone could do anything and that could effect her career and prevent her from getting work.  Audio Clip [8 minutes]

4:15PM BBT:  Daniele tells Nick she knew what they were planning,  and Daniele says she has to ask him one question,  she needs him to be very serious,  and promise not to tell anyone.  "Did you vote to evict Kail?" she asks.  "No" Nick answers.   "You swear?" she asks.  "No, I didn't vote for Kail."  See the Video

Nick goes to the HoH bathroom to shave his head.  Dick helps him.  Nick tells him that he knows that Daniele knew.  Dick says, "Yeah,  but she's been crying over it."  Dick stands by and watches Nick shave his head into a Mohawk.  [I think Dick is feeling bad about this decision and  I wouldn't predict it,  but I also won't be surprised if things aren't flipped by Thursday and Kail goes home.] 

Meanwhile, outside:  Dick tells Jameka:  "You know how I felt even though all of the shit with Nick,  I wanted it to stay the same but it's your deal and I'm fine with that.  What bothered me more than anything,  and I'm very vocal about it,  and you know it is how everything went down in the PoV.  Including Dustin, including Jen, the whole thing the whole thing just stunk to high hell."

Dick:  My whole thing with Nick is he's a target and a threat to me because of the whole thing with Daniele because I don't know if I can trust the guy or not and he's just proven that he can't be trusted so,  if I cant trust him with this then how can I trust him with the fuckin shit going on with Daniele.   I think it would make her much better too and to be honest that's not good for her boyfriend.  That guy has got to be going crazy.  If that was my chick,  if Daniele was my girlfriend and not my daughter my God I would want to kill her.  But I also don't know what kind of agreement they had and what kind of understanding they had coming into this you know. I mean if I had a girlfriend I would say hey look this is my deal and if uh there's a chance that some type of showmance or something. . .   no way. . .   nothing gonna happen,  but..."

4:25PM BBT:  Nick and Daniele are whispering in the bathroom area,  "I want you to vote with the house,  I don't want you to worry my feelings."  A little later Nick shows her his new hair style,  "That's hideous."  she says.  See the Video

4:40PM BBT:  Outside,  Nick tells Jameka this is what she will get for saving a horrible person.  He is being slightly confrontational with her. Dick comments about how awful Jen is,  and he knows she is trying to get him thrown out of the house with the rule book because he yelled at her.  Dick and Nick Jen bash for a while,  and try to bring Jameka into it,  and she just says "I don't know..."

Dick says that the only way Jen will get him out of the house is to do it this way--why doesn't she just win a HoH challenge and put him on the block?

Dick says Jameka is just trapped there--and Jameka starts to say something, and Nick tells her just to sit there--it doesn't pertain to her, anyway.

Nick says that he confronted Dustin, and called him a pussy.

Nick leaves, and Dick comments that Nick is upset but taking it better than they thought. Daniele is there, and she says she told them that, but no one listens to her.  See the Video

4:50PM BBT:  Dustin asks what Daniele said.  Nick says that Daniele told him she did all she could to keep him,  and he believes her.  Dustin says "Yeah."  Nick says his feelings for her are real.  He didn't expect that.  He knows when they get out,  there's a boyfriend.
Dustin:  "Who's to say that when she gets out of here, she does have a boyfriend?"
Nick:  "Well, if she does, then he's either a big pussy, or crazy."
Dustin says that he wanted to tell Nick, but it "was a decision to make for your best interest, not to know ahead of time."
Nick says he figured. "Yeah,  they were afraid I'd punch the tetherball." Nick says he did say all along that he didn't mind going up, but he didn't want people to be fake about it.  Dustin says he wasn't fake--there was only one moment when Nick asked him about it, when he couldn't tell Nick.  Dustin goes to get a comb.

Nick is looking at his hair so far, turning this way and that.  Dustin asks Jameka if he can use her comb, and Jameka says it was Jen's. So, now Dustin goes to find it.

5:30PM BBT:  Now Dustin has Zach in the chair. 
5:35PM BBT:  In the sultan's room, Jen and Kail discuss the possibility of getting Dick thrown out of the house on a charge of verbal abuse.  Kail asks who would be the one to make that determination.
5:50PM BBT:  Kail's under the covers of the big round bed crying.
5:55PM BBT:  Jessica plans the next game of beer pong, with the loser having to spend an hour with Zach.   Read more here
6:00PM BBT:  Feeds come back from a FotH and Jen is still comforting Kail.  Jen says that her boss [Vanna White and her ex-husband George Santopietro, see yesterday's page  "After midnight"]  is probably upset.   Dick's been talking about them as well saying they shouldn't have hired her.
Kail is still sobbing under the blanket.
Jen had a tear running down her face, too, and she wipes it off.  Kail whispers,  it's impossible to hear her,  but Jen says he treats women badly, and even tells them how he treats women.  Jen says she feels bad that Daniele had to deal with that.  Kail whispers she's been saying that for a while.  Kail whispers about Daniele having to put up with that "once a month.'  Zach interrupts and asks if they are allowed to eat olives, and asks if they care if he opens a can.

Amber and Dustin are in the HoH bathroom talking.  Dustin says he's to blame for the tense situation, at least in some people's eyes.
Amber asks why she can do?  He says nothing-- "it is what it is."
Dustin:  "We'll talk."
Amber: "I feel like you're mad at me."
Dustin says he isn't mad at her at all. Amber says that she will tell Nick the truth. Dustin says that Nick will know the truth after he leaves.   Amber asks if Dustin told him that there were more people who fought for Nick?  Dustin says he told Nick that Amber and Daniele fought for him,  and kept him here this long.
Amber: "So, he didn't ask if I-- he just asked if Daniele (fought for him). And then you told him I did. For weeks now!" 
Dustin says he didn't tell Nick weeks now. Not like for weeks people have wanted him home.
Amber:  "I have. I've fought for him. I have. I just want him to know that, but there's only so much I can do!"
Dustin:  "It's got to happen, you know? There has to be a day, better sooner than later."
Amber:  "It just sucks."
Dustin:  "You know, it's funny, he did ask me."
Amber:  "So you told him the only two people who fought for him were me and Daniele?"
Dustin says that Nick said he just wanted to know-- Did Daniele fight to keep him in?  Dustin said yes.  Then he said Amber did, too.
Dustin: "It was interesting. He asked me, did Jameka have a hand in this? I said why are you asking. He goes, just tell me, was it her idea? I said no. Because it wasn't. It was just a collective thing. But I wonder why he asked that."
Amber:  "I know. That's weird."
Dustin:  "He said it was because she was the first one to know about the alliance." (Whispering now)
Amber:  "Mmmmmm."

7:00PM BBT:  In the HoH bathroom,  Dustin's giving himself a buzz-cut  while Eric,  Jameka,  and Amber are bouncing around their conspiracy theories  and bashing Nick,  Dick,  Zach,  and Jen.  The issue of who voted to evict Kail is a big topic.  They are most certain it was Dick.  "Just like the mustard thing,  I'm sure Dick was responsible for that too."  The camera immediately goes to Eric's face.  Eric says "Oh yeah, I'm the mustard man. [sarcastic]  We may never know who did that until we get out and see the tapes. "  They think Dick voted against the group just to keep things stirred up.  It's not until a few minutes later that they realize Dick was HoH and couldn't vote.  So now they turn on Daniele and Jameka throws her comment on the fire:  "Ooooo, that girl, I don't like her..."   The main objective of the group is to get Dick and Daniele out of the house,  and Daniele first.  They, just like Jen and Kail,  do not want Daniele or Dick on the jury.  [And just like with Kail and Jen, what difference does it make?  There will be two finalists and they'll have to vote for one.]  Audio Clip [8 minutes]

They are going to assure Kail's safety for as long as she is willing to be nominated every week and not try to win PoV,  they'll promise that she's not going home.   Eric says that Jen told him that Dick tried to form an alliance with her saying, "We're arch enemies, no one would suspect it." 

7:45PM BBT:  The scheming continues in the HoH bathroom with Amber,  Eric,  Dustin,  and Jameka.  As much as they want Daniele out next week,  it looks like priority number one is Zach.  Audio Clip [35 minutes]

8:05PM BBT:  Daniele comes up to the HoH room and they welcome her.  She says it's "a really weird scene down there.  Kail's walking around like she's going to die,  and Zach is just walking around being Zach."   Eric suggests they do something as a household to relieve the awkwardness and the boredom.    Daniele says she's hungry and going to look for food.  She goes downstairs and they watch her on the spy screen not look for food,  but go back to the bedroom.  Well!  Let the bashing begin.  They're off on another rant about Daniele saying she's a brat.  Dustin hopes that her and Nick have a really negative time together until Nick's eviction.  Audio Clip [7 minutes]

8:30PM BBT:  Nick and Daniele are having a rendezvous in the SR,  just chatting about the game,  but no plotting.  A couple times it looks like they're about to kiss, but Daniele isn't responsive,  "Come on try it-- you might like it."  See the Video

8:45PM BBT:  Oh no,  Dick's going off on Jen again.  "I can smell your twat from here.  Why don't you go use some Drāno and douche yourself and drink what's left."   Nick actually jumps on the bandwagon and hurls some zingers at the "fun nanny."  Audio Clip [8 minutes] or Read more

9:00PM BBT:  Now it's Daniele's turn to yell at Jen.  Dick hears the commotion and walks in and dumps his ice tea on her.  Meanwhile Eric is watching from the HoH room with Jameka and they say that they're sure Kris has seen her and is probably out sleeping with other girls right now.   See the Video  Here's More:  | Part 1 | Part 2 |

With tea dripping down her face,  Jen says, "I didn't know we're still twelve."  Nick yells at her to shut if she has anything to say to Daniele to say it to her face.  Jen says she wasn't talking about Daniele,  she was talking about Dick.   Read more  See the Video

9:15PM BBT:  After a few minutes of FotH,  we return to find Eric in the HoH bedroom with Jen and Kail.  Jen is rehashing the argument with Dick and what he said.  On the patio, Dick is trying to calm Daniele who wants to go home.  "This isn't fun for me,  this isn't worth any amount of money."  Dick tells her that he knows she's stronger than that.  "And Amber hates me and I don't know why.." she continues to sob.  "What's in it for me?  The money?  I don't care about the money." Daniele says.  Dick asks her,  "You know what's in it for more me?  Moments like this when I can talk to you." 

After Daniele calms down Dick says "I thought you'd be mad at me."  Daniele says "I am.  I wanted to talk to them myself,  then you and Nick had to come in."   Daniele says, "Now that you know where Nick stands we should vote out Kail and keep Nick."  "Don't think I haven't thought of that--  Do you know what they'd do to me if I tried to flip this around..?

Meanwhile in the tiny room. . .   Nick and Zach are talking,  they are counting votes and Zach thinks they can flip this around.  Read more. 

9:35PM BBT:  Dick has just pulled Amber outside to talk to her.  He is trying to fix things between her and Daniele.  Telling her Daniele feels she doesn't have any friends in there.  Amber telling Dick that she knows Daniele told Nick she knew about the backdoor.  Says she has tried to talk to Daniele and she told her not to hold it against her because she cries.

Dick telling amber to not hold it against Daniele because she is just upset.  Amber says she would love to be there for Daniele but she won't let her.  Dick keeps saying she really needs to be her friend.  Dick says not to tell ANYONE about this talk,  and proceeds to tell Amber that Daniele wants to leave because she's so unhappy. 

Dick told Amber that it breaks his heart to see his daughter being hurt like this and he can't stop it. (wonder if he thinks how Jen's dad feels right about now.) Now we have Jen bashing with Dick telling Amber how bad Jen is.

9:45PM BBT:  Amber tells Dick that Daniele it started with Jen and Dick says no you weren't there,  but Amber was.  He gave an example of things Jen said and he said you weren't there and Amber says yes I was, I saw that and Daniele started it.  Read more

10:00PM BBT:  Things are getting quiet again.  Kail's in the HoH listening to music.  Dustin's teaching his ab class and Dick is on the patio with Jessica and is re-telling his fight with Jen.  Nick tells Dustin he feels sick like he's coming down with something.  Dustin says he hopes he feels better.  Dustin continues on to the BY and overhears Dick talking to Jessica,  "I think you guys are going too far..."  Dick says that Jen had no reason to address Daniele that way.  Dustin just figured out,  the big fight was just before Big Brother After Dark Live on ShoToo started so they missed it. 

10:25PM BBT:  Dick isn't done with Jen yet.  See the Video

Tub Buddies

10:40PM BBT:  Jessica's in the HT,  Zach's sitting next to Dick,  Jen's in the hammock,  Kail's in the HoH,  Nick and Daniele are in bed,  Eric's  putting his trunks on to get in the HT,   Dustin's going to hot tub it too,  Amber is there too in swimwear,  Dick was just called to the DR.  Jessica asks Eric if he knows any Christmas songs and he says "yes,"  and proceeds to list his top ten, which includes Bruce Springsteen's cover of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town,"  John Lennon's "So this is Christmas," "Carol of the Bells," and many more.  As Eric says the titles,  Dustin sings them and gets a warning from BB, "I said, 'Stop singing.'"  Eric says he has all his favorites on two CDs and listens to them starting in November. 

11:15PM BBT:  Dick comes out of the DR and goes into the tiny room where Nick and Daniele are in bed, and Zach's hovering around.  Dick says simply,  "I'm fine.  Everything's cool,  no line has been crossed."  Dick, although I doubt he'd admit it, seems to have been worried that BB may not have been happy with his behavior.  Dick did get scolded for discussing his DR session.  Later, at 11:45PM  Dick is explaining the night's events to Jameka.  Jameka says that she doesn't understand the boundaries because in her opinion,  dumping the ice tea on Jen was inciting violence and Dick says that he didn't cross the line, but he came close and he told BB that he'd be careful.
