Jordan Wins Big Brother 11

SPOILERS AT A GLANCE

On Tuesday, September 8, By a vote of 1-0 Michele was Evicted from the Big Brother house.  In the endurance competition that followed, it was the first part of a three contest.  The winner of tonight's challenge will face-off with the winner of the second part of the challenge,  tonight's winner doesn't compete in part two.  The competition is called "Log Jam" the HGs are standing on a rotating log.  Their key hangs on a chain above them.  They can't let go of their key, or they're out. At 10:28PM, after three and a half hours, Jordan fell, and lost part one of the HoH contest.  As pre-arranged,  Natalie threw the competition after nearly four hours, leaving Kevin the Winner of Round One.  In round two, called "Heads will Roll,"  Jordan Won Part Two.  Jordan won part three and evicted Kevin.

Friday, September 4, 2009:  How'd You Like Us This Year?
How did we do?   Even with more resources dedicated to Big Brother, than ever before,  we had several outages caused by your traffic.   We never charge for access, and I only ask after the season is nearly over for donations.  I start each season with my fingers crossed, hoping the web site, forums, chat rooms, and media servers won't crash,  and that our ISPs will be able to handle the load.  If you think we did a decent job this year,  please consider donating a couple bucks to cover our expenses.  Click Here for details.

Support Our Sponsors:   You'll notice this site never uses pop-up screens, overlays,  or ads with audio.  Every year our advertising partnerships grow.  If you have the need for any of these products,  please use these links so that we benefit from the commission.

Tuesday, September 15, 2009:  And the Winner is....
Thanks to Evel Dick for inviting us to his backyard Interviews.  From 8:30 to 11:00PM Dick talked to the cast of Big brother 11.  This special live internet event was produced by Dick for Morty's TV and Joker's Updates and I thank him for the time and expense  he put into this project for us.

I have no idea what's going to happen today.  Since they've never had a three person finale,  and we still don't have an HoH,  I don't know what, if anything will be shown on the feeds.

I checked on the last three hamsters throughout the night (which shows how pathetic my life is)  and they were very restless.  This new format does add to the tension,  I have to admit,  even though it's not the final three I wished for,  I'm very excited to see how this plays out tonight.

Tonight's process begins with Kevin and Jordan playing for HoH.  The winner of the HoH contest then chooses who goes with them to the jury as the final two.  The six jury members get to question the finalists.  The jury then votes by placing the key of finalist they want to win in the key box.   After everyone has voted,  Julie then removes the keys to reveal the winner.  In the event of a tie,  the winner of the America Votes poll will be used as the seventh vote.  Of course,  they could always change things around.

8:15AM BBT:  They're all still sleeping.
8:26AM BBT: "Good morning house guests it's time to get up for the day!" FotH
8:30AM BBT:  They're up.
FotH
10:00AM BBT:  The feeds are back and guess what they're doing?  They're all asleep in the red room.
10:01AM BBT: Feeds Back Natalie's trying to see the camera man thru the window, she gets yelled at.
11:00AM BBT:  Still sleeping.
Noon BBT:  Still sleeping.
12:47PM BBT: Natalie and Kevin both up. Natalie: "You decided to get ready early, too?"
12:50PM BBT: Jordan up now. All three are in the bathroom doing ADLs
12:53PM BBT: Kevin and Natalie are in the shower, Jordan in the john. No one is talking
12:55PM BBT: Jordan's finished packing.
1:20PM BBT:  Kevin ironed his pants.  Jordan said to him that she doesn't know what to say to him in her speech to plead her case for being his choice.
1:45PM BBT:  The HGs are getting ready for an HoH room LD,  they expect it to be pretty long.
2:00PM BBT:  Natalie is still trying to get Kevin's hoodie away from him.  This is the one that was in his HoH basket,  that might have been a gift from his boyfriend,  but Natalie says it was from BB.  Every time Kevin leaves the room,  Natalie steals it and packs it in her bag.  Finally, after days of whining,  Kevin gives in, "OK, but you owe me girl."
FotH
5:50PM BBT:
I turned off my feeds,  what an eerie feeling after 69 days with them on.
6:00PM BBT:  The finale began, and you could see Allison Grodner and Evel Dick in the audience.  From the DR, Kevin says he's happy that Jordan won the second part of the HoH contest,  because it means Natalie is out of the equation.  Also from the DR,  Kevin says he will take Jordan to the final two because she doesn't have as many friends on the jury.   Jordan keeps telling Kevin she's taking him,  but [as I predicted] Jordan will take Natalie if she wins.

They showed yesterday's scene were Kevin was on the patio counting his votes when Natalie comes out.  Kevin tells Natalie no matter who he takes to final two, he's playing for second place.  This upset Natalie because it showed her he's considered not taking her.

6:23PM BBT:  Julie talks to the final three.  Julie asks Kevin what he's learned from his BB experience.  Kevin says he learned to have more confidence in himself.  Julie asked Natalie what she miss the most after she leaves the BB house.  Natalie said she will miss living with 12 people, and the ups and downs.  Julie asked Jordan what she's learned from living in the BB house.  Jordan:  "I learned-- I didn't think that I could live this long away from my family.  Now I feel like a grown girl."

At the jury house,  Jeff is enjoying his time.  They think Kevin will be next.  Only Lydia thinks Michele might be the next juror.  Michele came with the news that Natalie's engaged, and that Jason got to propose in the BB house.  When the jury saw the video of last week,  it  became apparent that Natalie has few friends in the jury house.

Several days ago, the jury met to debate the merits of the final three.  The first problem they had was that they felt that people that won the most competitions played the best,  but the winners of all those competitions are on the jury.  Jeff got defensive when the jury said Jordan hadn't won anything, and her best move was attaching herself to Jeff.  Jeff says Natalie didn't do anything to deserve to win.  Lydia promoted her buddy Kevin,  and felt that his move that got Jeff out, was game changing.  All five jurors seemed to learn something about themselves.  Although they intended to vote based on the skill of the finalist, as Michele admits, "It turns out I'm really bitter"  and it appeared, that the other four are also bitter about their demise.

6:45PM BBT:  The Power is Up For Grabs:   It's an A / B quiz about how jury answered various questions.  "What did Jessie say was the best thing about being in the BB  house?"  A:  The Ladies, Oh Yeah.  B:  Working on my amazing calves.   Kevin got it right, by answering "A" .  Jordan got the next one right.  it was a 2 - 2 tie they both answered to next question correctly.  They went to a tie breaker"  "Including tie breaker votes,  how many total votes to evict have been cast this season?"  Jordan picked 50,  Kevin wrote 80.  the right answer is 51.  Jordan Wins HoH!

Natalie and Kevin plead their cases.  Natalie based her speech her loyalty,  Kevin was just lighthearted and asked to stay.  Jordan voted to evict Kevin.

7:10PM BBT:  The jury is welcomed back to thunderous applause.  Julie asks Lydia what she's thinking, "Me?  I think we have two witches in the final two."   Russell got ask the Jordan what her strategy was, "Lay low and don't trust anyone..."  Later when she got to know everyone better,  she said she just wanted to be herself,  goofy.  Lydia asked Natalie who her biggest threat, Natalie said Lydia was.  When Natalie says how loyal and truthful she was, the audience laughed.  The questions and answers continue for another five minutes.

7:20PM BBT:  The two girls get to give one last speech to convince the jury.

7:24PM BBT:  Jessie voted first followed Lydia, Russell, Jeff,  Michele, and Kevin.  Then Julie locked in America's vote.
America voted Jeff as their favorite player,  and was awarded $25,000

7:30PM BBT:  Braden,  Casey,  Laura, and Ronnie return.  Ronnie got to squeal on Natalie and called her the biggest rat in the house.  Casey got to introduce the scenes where Kevin and Natalie fabricated their lie.  Braden was impressed by Jessie's moves with the ladies. When they returned,  Laura got to give her opinion on Chima.  Laura said that she was offended that Chima threw away her position in the house,  a place that the evicted HGs would fought for.  Ronnie apologized to Michele for the remarks he made during his eviction.

7:53PM BBT:  And the winner of Big Brother 11 is:  Jordan Lloyd  Julie removed the keys and counted the votes. America's Vote went to Jordan, Jessie's vote went to Jordan. Lydia's vote went Jordan, Russell voted for Natalie,  Jeff voted for Jordan.  Michele voted for Jordan, Kevin voted for Natalie.  Jordan won by a vote of 5 to 2

Thanks!
It's over!  I always have mixed emotions about the finale.  By September I'm so tired from watching the feeds and editing the page,  and yet it's Big Brother,  which is such a blast.  Then there's the finale,  and the two finalists are never who you hoped for, and you wonder why you watch this silly show.

First of all, I have to gush over the moderators on the TVFanForums.net.   Venturing out of my web site and on to Twitter,  Facebook,  and even the Google Android phones, was all coordinated by Fuskie.   This year I received a bunch of 'Thank You' emails from people saying how friendly my site is,  especially to newbies.  Once again,  all the credit goes to the moderators and hosts.  Fuskie and Dade work like a Welcome Wagon in the chat rooms,  and if you don't play well with others, Cecimom and Jedi are sure to contact you.

Before the start of Big Brother 6,  I started developing health issues and I didn't think I could continue devoting all the hours and effort necessary to cover Big Brother.  Jem  invented "Team Morty"  a group effort of me, Jem,   and as many volunteer feed-watchers as we could get.  Now for Big Brother 11, I feel a little better, and still dependant on Team Morty.  This group of Live Feed Updaters (LFU) write most of what you read on this page,  I just fill in the blanks spaces and paste it together.

So who really wrote this page, here are their names:
April,  adballoon,  AngeliaCG,  Angelo Joe,  Anteecc,  AstronomEric,  atlranger,  AzGrama,  bebecka23,  BigBroFanTX,  BigBrotherDaisy,  BigBrotherScoop,  BigFLGuy,  BigMDGirl,  bluelove2,  BonBon13,  bopolis,  Bri,  CAchristine,  cafeaulait,  Canucklehead,  Cathy,  CeCiMom,  chairo,  chickpea,  chipmunk220,  Chris,  Christi,  christinetroy23,  CrystAMC,  Cutie,  cutietootie,  Cwazy4BB,  Dade,  DanielesFan,  Dawminatrix,  Dawnie,  DreamAngel,  ElleNaturelle,  Elsee,  ericsturrock,  FishyLynn,  Fuskie,  georgectv,  gocougs,  Goldylucks,  gwennylou,  hairyattitude,  Heather102180,  humanv3,  huntington,  iheartcyrric,  iriegirl1966,  Iris,  IsBigBrotherWatchingYou,  jamiehuns,  jammer,  jar2,  jayman228,  jcy808,  JEDI,  JediJani,  jeffthedrunk,  jennabee,  jerseygirl17,  jessierae,  JFetch,  joyami,  kayteeh11,  kiddyhouse,  KimLovesBB,  King123,  KKHliboki,  kywildcat,  ladybugjd,  ladyluvly, laladoopiedu,  LBrandy,  leesestyle,  lightplum,  Lily3237,  lisasf,  Liv24,  lmcgrath,  LoneTWolf,  Looby,  lorican,  loveSaturday,  LovesBigBrother,  lunamoth,  luvmydoberman,  Madisonsnannie,  Marty,  mechughes,  megi,  Mendes56,  mimi828,  mmm,  moboop,   motormouthcj,  Moxie,  MrsFroman,  MsT,  Mykel30,  myss911,  onechase69,  penguin,  pink3572906,  pluGGz01,  pseudogirl78,  RachelChristine,  RDM,  Reaper,  redchief11,  Sandralou2,  SAUCY1,  SaveMeHITZ,  Sheldon,  shukie9900,  Slimcruz,  Slowpoke,  smilychick,  SMOOCHES,  smoopie,  snancypants,  Snipa,  StephenV,  stevesgrl,  stevet92,  SueZqueZ,  Suzimae1,  SwatCopsWife,  takomated,  tekylady,  thequeenjoni,  Tocan2u,  TwinCity,  txchristy281,  txcyclone,  Vinny,  vyvashuss44,  whokayers,  writerchick1,  Yana,  zainabubu and ZuZuMamou.

Every name on that list is a valuable cog in the wheel,  but I really have to single out two ladies that were just extra great, laladoopiedu and ZuZuMamou.  I want to also note StephenV and cafeaulait for writing the Nite Owl Report, it gave me a dinner break. Oh and I see Goldylucks, and motormouthcj,  and BigFLGuy covered some important events--  Really,  everyone on that list is very appreciated.

There's another list of important people who's names are not mentioned.  They are the generous people that donate money to cover expenses.  We got off to a shaky start, financially,  but in the end you all came through again and I thank you!  It's never too late to donate,  but if you're low on cash,  just come back for BB12 and help with the updates.  You can also support our sponsors

This was my first season in six years working without Jem.  Jem had a baby and felt that spending time with the baby and her family was more important than Big Brother,  sheesh!  I wasn't sure I could make it through the season,  the hours are long,  and I didn't think I could do it without Jem,  but I gave it a shot.  Yana,  Fuskie and Angelo Joe volunteered to do wake-up duty.  During competitions, I'd fall asleep during the FotH screens that sometimes lasted as long as three hours.  They'd call and wake me up when the feeds were back so I could post the results as quick as possible.

I have to thank Yana for being our liaison to the stars and arranging for me to meet Evel Dick on Mad Marty's radio program.  Thanks to
laladoopiedu for running the BB prediction challenge.  Thanks to DreamAngel for helping out in the forums and with graphics.

Every season I get a few complaints from people that request that we just report the facts, and leave out our opinions and smart remarks.  This year I got very few of these emails.  I think it's great,  that we can all get along together and hate the same people.

So don't go away.  the TVFanForums are open all year, and you'll find forums devoted to other reality shows, like The Biggest Loser, which started Tuesday night, Survivor, which begins this Thursday, September 17,  Dancing with the Stars which begins September 23, 2009,  and we always have a lot of fun with American Idol, which starts January 12th. Now you're probably saying:  "But Morty, so much TV-- How will I ever keep track of it all?"  You can subscribe to Dade's TV Calendar RSS feed .  You can add the TV calendar to your mobile phone, your Google home page, or any RSS feed reader.  Not familiar with RSS feeds,  then just check out the up-coming events at the bottom of the TVFanForums page, or view the calendar here.
