Outside the Wire is an upcoming science-fiction film directed by Mikael Håfström. It stars Anthony Mackie as an android officer who works with a drone pilot (Damson Idris) to stop a global catastrophe. The film is scheduled to be released by Netflix on January 15, 2021.
Set in the very near future, a disgraced drone pilot (Damson Idris) is sent into a deadly militarized zone where he finds himself working for an android officer (Anthony Mackie) tasked to locate a doomsday device before insurgents do.
