Gabriel “Fluffy” Iglesias as Gabriel “Gabe” Iglesias, a fun-loving and good-natured history teacher at Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California. He recently quit alcohol and regularly attends Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.
Sherri Shepherd as Paula Madison, the principal at Woodrow Wilson High. She was formerly a teacher and holds an impressive teaching record and has had three divorces.
Jacob Vargas as Tony Ochoa, a fellow history teacher at Woodrow Wilson High and Gabe’s best friend. He has a gambling problem and is attracted to Abby.
Maggie Geha as Abigail “Abby” Spencer, the overly-pure and naΓ―ve rookie history teacher at Woodrow Wilson High.
Richard Gant as Ray Hayward, Gabe, and Tony’s old teacher who still works at Woodrow Wilson High.
