Down For Life is a gritty, inner-city drama based on a true story depicting a single dramatic day in the life of a Latina gang leader in South Central Los Angeles

Fuse Media announces it has acquired the exclusive U.S. broadcast and streaming rights for the gripping, critically acclaimed film DOWN FOR LIFE, which will premiere on Latino Vibes on Friday, July 7. DOWN FOR LIFE depicts one fateful day in the life of a 15-year-old Latina gang leader in South Central, Los Angeles who discovers that leaving her gang is more difficult than joining.

Starring Kate Del Castillo, Jessica Romero, Elizabeth Peña, Danny Glover, Laz Alonso, Snoop Dogg and Nicolas Gonzalez, DOWN FOR LIFE was nominated by the U.S. Congressional Hispanic Caucus to be included in the National Film Registry.
