Stuck in the middle of a shaky market, deals are dragging out, taking much longer to close than before. Josh prioritizes his goal of securing $500 million worth of active listings in Orange County timed to the opening of the new Altman Brothers OC office, which presents its own set of challenges that Heather&#8217;s tackling. Josh&#8217;s drive for success also starts encroaching on his home life, sparking conflict with Heather. Starting off the season in a rift, Flagg competes with Altman to sell listings on the same street and, surprisingly, finds himself falling in love with Altman&#8217;s property. Newly single, Flagg is looking to make a few life changes and is torn between which new address to call his forever home. He takes on the Grande Dame of historical estates in Pasadena and enlists the help of a famous friend to create a splashy marketing video.<\/p>\n<p>Tracy Tutor has her hands full between rescuing first-time home buyers in the Valley, co-listing a property in the Flats alongside Flagg while he jets off to Paris and encountering unexpected surprises at her penthouse listing in West Hollywood. Tracy also continues to venture into the Texas and Orange County markets, tackling what should be a fast sell in Laguna Beach. Despite experiencing heartbreak following the ending of her relationship with Erik, she never allows setbacks to hinder her momentum.
