The brothers have a unique story starting with Dalen and Juwan meeting when one was a sophomore and the other a junior at the illustrious HBCU Clark Atlanta University where they were both Kappa Alpha Psi Incorporated. The two would have random spiritual conversations starting after Juwan found out Dalen&#8217;s mom was a pastor. The two become instant best friends and figuratively grew up together. In 2010, Dalen met Marcus, who was a barber in the Atlanta University Consortium, when Marcus started cutting his hair. Soon after, Dalen introduced Marcus to Juwan and the three become fast buddies. However, the idea to hunt down the paranormal came in 2010, when Dalen and Juwan became roommates after college. The premise to ghost hunt came to Dalen in a dream in 2010, around 2AM in the morning. He jumped out of bed, kicked Juwan&#8217;s door down and said, &#8220;WE SHOULD HUNT GHOSTS!&#8221; They started in 2011, in Atlanta and Savannah, Georgia, filming their own stuff and putting it on YouTube to attract attention. What fascinated the guys at the time, was that they couldn&#8217;t find any people of color in the field. That intrigued them even more, and with vigor and tenacity, they kept at it. In 2014, they were contacted by a network and the rest, they say, is history. Dalen and Juwan brought Marcus in right before they filmed the pilot. Since they were all interested in the paranormal and good friends, it was a no brainer for them. Staying true to their church roots, The Ghost Brothers say a prayer before entering each situation to keep them safe. Also, being raised in the church they aren&#8217;t afraid to tackle the supernatural.
