“It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”<\/em> first aired in 1966. The Peanuts gang celebrates Halloween, with Linus hoping that, finally, he will be visited by The Great Pumpkin; while Charlie Brown is invited to a Halloween party.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

It’s a spooktacular Halloween countdown on ABC as the network’s comedies, “Dancing with the Stars: Juniors,”<\/em> “Dancing with the Stars”<\/em> and “America’s Funniest Home Videos”<\/em> all celebrate with special programming leading up to the holiday.<\/p>\n

The week of October 29, frightening events take place on “General Hospital.”<\/em> On Halloween, “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”<\/em> airs the 13th Annual Half & Half Halloween Costume Pageant as part of the evening’s festivities. Classic Halloween specials “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown”<\/em><\/a> and “Toy Story OF TERROR!”<\/em> also return for encore performances.<\/p>
