HGTV is kicking off the new year with its crown jewel as “Home Town” returns for its landmark 10th season on Sunday, January 4, 2026, @ 8PM ET/PT.

Ben and Erin Napier, the beloved duo who have revitalized Laurel, Mississippi, one historic home at a time, are back for a 16-episode run that promises to be their most ambitious yet. After a decade of transformations, the couple continues to prove that small-town living never goes out of style.

The Season Premiere: A Record-Breaking Overhaul

The season opener, titled “The Big One,” features the Napiers’ largest project in the history of the show. The transformation is so massive that it will unfold across two episodes.

• The Client: A homeowner who has lived in one of Laurel’s most iconic, well-known residences for over 50 years.

• The Challenge: Updating a historic property that has decades of memories while preserving its original character—all on a grander scale than the team has ever attempted.

What’s New in Season 10

Beyond the historic residential renos, this season sees Ben and Erin taking their “Laurel-first” mission into the community and closer to home:

• The Maternity Ward: In a deeply personal project, the duo will makeover the maternity ward and waiting room of the local hospital where their daughters, Helen and Mae, were born.

• Family Ties: Ben’s brother, Jesse, and his growing family will finally get the “Home Town” treatment as they move into a new house that needs a Napier-style restoration.

• Wedding Bells: The team will remodel a home for a newly engaged couple who has set a high-stakes deadline: they plan to host their wedding ceremony on the property.

Spinoff Update: “Home Town: Inn This Together”

Fans have also been eagerly awaiting news on the new spinoff, Home Town: Inn This Together, which follows the restoration of the 1930s Kress building into the “Heirloom Hotel.”

While a summer fire at the construction site caused significant delays and uncertainty, Ben and Erin recently confirmed that the project is back on track. While an exact premiere date for the spinoff hasn’t been set, the Napiers have assured viewers that the hotel’s journey will air later in 2026.
