
Today, Netflix announced Sophie, Margo, and Margo’s wig are back in production on Season 2 of the hit series The Hunting Wives from Lionsgate Television and 3 Arts Entertainment.
Additionally, Karen Rodriguez (“Deputy Salazar”) and Hunter Emery (“Deputy Flynn”) are set to return as series regulars alongside returning guest star Branton Box (“Sheriff Johnny”).
Previously announced returning cast members include Brittany Snow, Malin Akerman, Jaime Ray Newman, Dermot Mulroney, Evan Jonigkeit, and George Ferrier.
Additional cast to be announced at a later date.
Season 2 is filming in the US, and will be released exclusively as a Netflix-branded series in nearly all countries where Netflix is available.
Created by Rebecca Cutter, based on the bestselling novel by May Cobb, The Hunting Wives S1 released exclusively on Netflix in the US on July 21 and spent five weeks in the global English Top 10 TV list, amassing over 20M views during that window, despite only being available in the US.
