With the speed and entertainment of Banana Ball, we look forward to creating new fans together in the years to come.”
The Savannah Bananas have earned worldwide fame with their one-of-a-kind brand of “Banana Ball” – the fastest and most entertaining game of baseball. Known for their choreographed dances, epic scoring celebrations, flaming bats, and an array of other antics, the team has sold out every game at their home field, historic Grayson Stadium in Savannah, Georgia, since their 2016 inaugural season. The team currently boasts over 9.8 million followers on TikTok, outnumbering every franchise in Major League Baseball (as well as every team in the NFL, NBA, and NHL). The Bananas have been featured on ESPN, CNN, and CBS News, and in Sports Illustrated.
The Savannah Bananas join The CW’s growing roster of live sports programming, including the full NASCAR Xfinity Series, WWE NXT every Tuesday night, Grand Slam Track, AVP beach volleyball on Saturdays this summer, ACC and Pac-12 football games this fall, and PBA professional bowling beginning in 2026. The NASCAR Xfinity Series on The CW continues its season with its marquee race from Mexico City on Saturday, June 14 (4:00-7:00PM ET).
