Directed by Kyle Newacheck, and written by Tim Herlihy and Adam Sandler. It is a sequel to Happy Gilmore (1996). Sandler, Julie Bowen, Allen Covert, Dennis Dugan, Christopher McDonald, and Ben Stiller reprise their roles from the original film.

Ethan Cutkosky, Maxwell Jacob Friedman, Scott Mescudi, Margaret Qualley, Benny Safdie, Philip Fine Schneider, Conor Sherry, and Nick Swardson have been cast in undisclosed roles, along with Sandler’s daughters Sadie and Sunny. Blake Clark reprises his role of Farmer Fran from The Waterboy.
Cameos include rapper Eminem, football players Reggie Bush and Travis Kelce, talk show host Dan Patrick, and professional wrestler Becky Lynch.
Principal photography began on September 9, 2024, in New Jersey, coinciding with Sandler’s 58th birthday.
