Amazon Freevee announced today it has ordered a second season of the home renovation series Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis. Hollywood Houselift, which debuted on Freevee on June 10, 2022, follows famed interior designer Lewis into the homes of some of Hollywood’s most familiar faces as he helps them transform their spaces.
“I’m grateful to Amazon Freevee for another season of Hollywood Houselift. I’m not looking forward to conflict with more celebrities, but Season Two promises to be an interesting ride,” said Jeff Lewis.
“Through the combination of celebrity, sunny Southern California, and Jeff’s gorgeous renovations, Hollywood Houselift gave viewers a weekly dose of escapism and fun this summer,” said Lauren Anderson, head of AVOD Original content and programming, Amazon Studios. “We look forward to bringing audiences another round of compelling transformations, inspiring design, and, I imagine, a bit of celebrity conflict – with both new (and familiar) faces.”
In the first season of Hollywood Houselift, renowned house flipper, interior designer, and radio host Jeff Lewis was reintroduced to audiences as a successful single father and businessman running his thriving company, Jeff Lewis Design. Jeff’s no-nonsense attitude and celebrated California-classic, modern design aesthetic attract a wide variety of famous clients seeking his expertise with home improvements on every scale. With a small team of trusted project managers, including long-time employee and SIRIUS XM radio co-host Megan Weaver, Tyler Meyerkorth, and assistant Shane Douglas, it’s nonstop laughs and drama every step of the way. The first season’s roster of celebrity clients included Anthony Anderson, Fortune Feimster, Lamorne Morris, Melissa Rivers, Ashlee Simpson Ross, Evan Ross, Roselyn Sanchez, Mira Sorvino, and Wilmer Valderrama. Celebrity clients for Season Two, as well as a premiere date, will be revealed at a later time.
Season One of Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis was executive produced by Jeff Lewis, Allison Grodner, and Rich Meehan in association with Fly on the Wall Entertainment; Billy Taylor served as the series showrunner.
