Lt. Joe Kenda Recounts the Deadliest Killer of His Career with the Premiere of “Homicide Hunter: Devil in the Mountains”

Lt. Joe Kenda, a 23-year Colorado Springs Police Department veteran, spent 21 years chasing killers as a homicide detective and commander of the major crimes unit.
