Today YouTube Originals premieres “The Workout Badges,” the new fitness series for preschoolers that combines the live-action of “The Body Coach” Joe Wicks, with the educational animated series Hey Duggee. The newest adventures of this free-to-stream series are available today, Wednesday, September 22 @ 8AM,PT/11AM,ET exclusively on The Body Coach TV’s official YouTube channel and the YouTube Kids app. 13 new episodes will roll-out weekdays beginning September 22.
YouTube’s favorite exercise coach, Joe Wicks, of the popular The Body Coach TV and Hey Duggee join forces In the most exciting blend of animation and live action. Together, they lead a series of short, energetic workouts teaching kids the importance of physical exercise. There’s lots to explore and learn along the way as the squirrels and children get their hearts pumping and their energy flowing in the hope of earning a coveted Workout Badge.
During the show, Joe and Hey Duggee encourage their young audience to join them in different exercise routines. Each instructional video is guided by Joe and a group of school kids that “interact” with Hey Duggee animation. The show features animation of Hey Duggee characters responding to, and copying the exercise moves.
Joe Wicks’ at-home workout series “PE With Joe” entertained and kept millions of families active during the COVID-19 lockdowns and topped YouTube’s list of most popular UK content in 2020.
