ABC has pulled the plug on three sitcoms and two dramas. Veteran sitcom, “American Housewife,” and “mixed-ish,” as well as newcomer “Call Your Mother” all got the ax on Friday.
“For Life” and the new Katey Sagal and John Corbett crime-drama, “Rebel” also were canceled.
The news comes as the network completes its scripted decisions for the 2021-22 season that includes a new drama, “Queens,” and sit-coms “Maggie,” “The Wonder Years” and, the workplace comedy, “Abbott Elementary“
