We join the racers in Eastern Montana, where cattle and sheep outnumber people by the
millions. In the heart the big sky country, Green Meadow Ranch. This 10,000
acre cattle ranch was the 11th pit stop in the "Amazing Race." Teams arrived here
at the end of the last leg for a mandatory rest period. There are no more
eliminations before reaching the finish line and the teams are now in a
three-way competition for $1 million.
At the the teams are enjoying a BBQ dinner, the Weavers remark, "This is like the last supper.
"
The Bransen family who were first to arrive at 3:04 P.M., Will
depart at 3:04 A.M. Teams must fly to Montréal, Canada. They've been provided
with tickets, but may choose to find a faster flight. They must travel by taxi
to this train station and enter an underground complex known as the underground
city. They must search for the passageway to the basement of the C.D.P. Capital
building. It's there they'll find their next clue.
At the airport, Alex Linz races Rolly Weaver to the ticket window. Alex
thought Rolly grabbed his backback to slow him down and Alex tries to get in
front of him. Linda (Rolly's mom) yells at Alex, "Don't you touch him."

they get tickets on an earlier flight, the same flight that the Linz family is
on. The Bransens not only got a later flight, but the landing was delayed.
When the teams arrive in Montréal, Canada they must scramble to get taxis to
take them to the underground maze to the basement of the CSP Capitol Building
where the clue box contains a detour. The Weavers get a very helpful
and cooperative driver named "Ted."
Part 1 [11 minutes]
The choices are: "Slide It"
or "Roll It". In "Slide It," teams travel 22 miles to the
McGill Arena also known
as Glenn Finn Rink and engage in the sport of curling. They must glide a granite
stone 120 down the ice to a target known as the house. Once each team member get
a stone in the house for a total of four, the team will
receive their next clue. This r requires little strength but a lot of precision
and teams without the proper if I necessary could take a long time to finish. In
roll out, they travel 23 miles to the Morgan Arboretum and roll four logs along
a course. Once they complete the task, a lumberjack gives them their next clue.
This will more strength and dexterity, but strong teams could finish quickly.
The Weaver Family asks their taxi to wait for them as The Linz Family pull
into the city. They find their clue, a Detour. The Weaver Family, in first
place, chooses Curling. Ted knows where to go. The Linz Family arrives at
Victoria Square and goes underground. They search for the clue. The Bransen
Family lands and looks for a taxi. Ted assures The Weaver Family he knows where
to go, but takes them to the wrong arena. The Linz Family resurfaces and tries
to find the tunnels again.

stops and asks a tourist to explain to their taxi driver how to get there. Ted
gives the Weaver Family Curling tips. Ted comes in to cheer them on. The Linz
Family comments on all the sexy babes. They discover they have been taken to the
wrong arena too. The Bransen Family arrives at Victoria station and runs past
the clue box. Rebecca makes it into the house. The Linz Family stop for
directions again and talk to a cyclist who tells them it is only half an hour
away. The Bransen Family retraces their steps and finds their clue. None of them
are good on ice, so they choose Roll It.
Linda completes her Detour for The Weaver Family. Rachel completes her curl.
Rolly completes the fourth and receive their next clue to the American Pavilion
built by Buckminster Fuller for the 1967 World Expo. The Linz Family arrives at
the arena and hit the ice. Alex completes his Detour. The Bransen Family arrives

have to find the La Porte J in an industrial park, the door marked J. They
praise Ted and send him to Dickenson Street, saying G-d lead them to him. The
Linz Family cry out Andale’ until Megan points out that is Spanish, not French.
The Bransen Family struggles with their second log, but the sisters get it done.
The Weaver Family mom calls Ted a blessing from Heaven. The Linz Family stops
and asks for directions to the American Pavilion and are told they are there.
The Bransen Family gets their 3rd log. Then their fourth as they complete the
Detour. Their taxi driver says he knows where to go. Ted cracks jokes with Ted
and finds the clue, a Road Block. One person must learn and complete a flying
trapeze maneuver called "The Catch." Rolly agrees to do it. Mom tells Rachel to
pray for him.
The Linz Family far behind in 2nd place find their clue and head to Dickson
Street. The Linz Family arrives at the World Expo. Rolly asks if his trapeze
partner is a professional. Mom is nervous, despite Rolly being in a safety
harness. Rolly completes the Road Block in his first attempt. They must now
travel to the Parq Olympique, home of the Olympics. They must find their way
into an indoor arena. Mom says Rolly is so weird, he can do anything perfectly.
The Linz Family finds the door J and receives the road block. Megan wants to do
the trapeze but Alex calls it. The other boys want to be up with the two hotties
helping the trapeze.
Alex fails in his first attempt as The Bransen Family arrives at the pavilion.
Dad gasps as he makes it up to the 5th floor. They head to the industrial park
as The Weaver Family arrive at the Parq Olympique and get into their golf cart
as Mom prays once again for guidance. Mom says to always take the left. The Linz
Family tells Alex he has an angel with them. Megan worries Alex is twice the
size of the guy catching him. Alex misses his second try, his hands sweaty. The
Bransen Family arrives at the Trapeze. Their guide tells them to watch Linz for
instruction. On the third attempt, Alex hangs on and The Linz Family completes
the Road Block. They do not know if the Weaver Family is before or behind them.
The Weaver Family is still looking for a way in to the Stade Olympique as it
begins to get dark. The Bransen Family completes the Roadblock on the first try
in last place. They figure the Weaver Family is way ahead. The Weaver Family try
to force open a locked door as Linz and The Bransen Family both arrive at the
stadium. Megan is repeatedly corrected on her pronunciation. The Weaver Family
finds their way in and race to center field. There are three departure times
hidden among the 56,000 seats in the stadium for a departure to a mystery
destination.
Part 2 [11 minutes]
The Linz Family and The Bransen Family nearly collide as they find their
entrance. They open their clue and start searching for their departure time, The
Linz Family in 2nd and The Bransen Family in 3rd. The Weaver Family says it is
unfair the other teams have caught up. The Bransen Family Dad’s toe is killing
him. Holy Roller worries about their cab driver at $40/hr and leave to pay him
off. The Linz Family and The Bransen Family decide to do the same. The Weaver
Family refuse to let Linz get by as they both call each other names behind their
backs. The Weaver Family is back in the stadium as the Bransen Family and The
Linz Family agree to gang up on the first place team. The Bransen Family decides
to go upstairs, as the Bransen Family girls say Dad has to stay with them. His
patience grows thin as he tells them to shut up. The Weaver Family sees the
other teams in the upper deck but do not follow.

| Linda takes a nap in the middle of looking
for the hidden route info card at the
Stade Olympique. |
The Bransen Family says she will have a smoking ass after all this stair
stepping. The Weaver Family sits down and takes a break. Sibling finds one,
5:50am. They take it and decide to go to bed. Rolly begs his family to look
upstairs. The Bransen Family finds a 5:45AM departure time. Holly Roller mom
takes a nap as the kids look on. Becky says it is just stupid as Rolly just
wants to keep going, like his dad. Rolly begs his mother to keep searching. She
finally agrees to give it one more chance. They find the 5:55am clue. The
Bransen Family is in 1st place, the Linz Family in 2nd place, and the Weaver
Family in 3rd place.
The Weaver Family leaves the stadium first for the airport. The other teams
follow. The Weaver Family arrives at the airport and realizes they are on the
last flight. The Bransen Family arrives next and checks in for the 1st flight,
followed by the Linz Family on the 2nd flight. They still do not know where they
are going as they board their charter jets. The Weaver mom tells her kids they
will give their very best, they will be the team to beat. When they land in
Toronto, they will get their next clue.
The Bransen Family Dad recognizes the city upon landing and they get their next
clue to the CN Tower, the world’s tallest building at 1815ft. They go to the top
observation deck where they will use binoculars to scan the city for their next
clue. The Linz Family arrives next, followed by the Weaver Family. They reach
the cars at the same time, the Weaver Family in 2nd place. The Linz Family knows
it is the tower, while Linda stops for a map and directions for the Weaver
Faimly. They ask for the map for free since it is already mapped. They claim to
have no cash.
The Bransen Family takes the elevator up. The Linz Family arrives at the tower
as The Bransen Family makes it to the top and begins searching for the flag. The
Linz Family arrives and begins searching. The Bransen Family shares the
binoculars as the Weaver Family arrives and head up. Rolly asks the elevator
operator how he likes his job. The operator replies it has its ups and downs.
All three teams are searching for the flag. The Bransen Family is the first to
spy the flag, followed quickly by The Linz Family. The Weaver Family is left
alone to pray for help. Rolly spots it with his sister’s help and they head down
to the ground.
The Linz Family is the first to find the pier and their clue, a Detour, followed
by The Bransen Family. In Ship, teams must sail across Toronto Harbor, the
Kajama and climb 100ft to the top of a mast to retrieve their clue. In Shoe,
teams search for the Bata Shoe Museum, take a shoe and then search for the one
woman out of 100 who fits the shoe. The Linz Family chooses Ship; the Bransen
Family chooses Shoe. The Weaver Family arrives at the Detour and chooses Ship.
The Linz Family raises their sails and set out across the harbor with their sail
master. The Weaver Family arrives at the pier and Linda takes the rudder. The
Linz Family loses their wind and must catch it again. They head to the tall ship
and see the Weaver Family behind them. The Bransen Family arrives at the Bata
Shoe Museum and picks a pair of shoes to match with a barefoot woman. The Linz
Family and the Weaver Family continue to make their way to the Kajama. The Linz
Family is the first as Tommy climbs to the top of the mast, with the cheer of
Bo, Bo, Bo coming from the ground, and grabs his flag. They must drive to
Queenston on the Canadian side of the Niagara Falls, and take a boat into the
Niagara Whirlpool. The Weaver Family watches as the Linz Family run off as they
tact their way to the ship. The Bransen Family continues to test women’s feet as
Dad gets frustrated.
Lauren finally finds their Cinderella and The Bransen Family head to Queenston
in 2nd place. A The Bransen Family sister has to be reminded they have been
there before. Rolly climbs to the top of the mast and retrieves his flag. He
drops it but makes it down safely. They are on their way to Queenston in last
place, stopping to ask directions. The Linz Family takes the 405, completing the
circle around North America. The Bransen Family just wants to beat the Weaver
Family. Holy Roller mom gets mixed up on where they are going. The Linz Family
arrives and search for the boat ramps. The Bransen Family stops a runner for
directions.
Part 3 [11 minutes]
The Linz Family arrives and makes their way to a jet boat. The Bransen Family
arrives as Linz take off. The Bransen Family sees Linz in front of them. They
make their way up the Niagara River and into the whirlpool. Both teams are
drenched by the whitewater (which is probably very cold) as they then pull 360
spins searching for the buoy. The clue tells them to have the boat captain take
them to Lewiston, NY, their final city, where they will find their next clue.
The Linz Family spot The Bransen Family as they head back to the US. The Bransen
Family follows shortly after.
The Weaver Family arrives at Queenston and get into their boat. The Bransen
Family daughter tells Dad he has to run. The Linz Family reaches the Roadblock
first. There are 70 jigsaw pieces that form a map of Central America. After the
map is completed, teams make their way to the finish line. The Bransen Family
arrives and starts on their puzzle. Nick goes for The Linz Family; Dad goes for
The Bransen Family. The puzzle is on a vertical wall. Linz helps their brother
while the daughters advise their dad. Megan laughs that $1,000,000 comes down to
geography. Nick does not know where Oklahoma goes. The Bransen Family gets
Virginia.
The Weaver Family hit the whitewater, does their spin, and gets their clue. They
head to the Final Destination. The Bransen Family and The Linz Family go neck
and neck. The Bransen Family is ahead. The Linz Family hit New England. The
Bransen Family goes to South America. The Linz Family moves on to the Eastern
Seaboard. The Bransen Family is close, The Linz Family finish Canada with only
small states left. They finish and head for the finish line, The Bransen Family
right after them. The other teams stand and cheer as the Linz and Bransen
Families race for the finish line. Who will win the Amazing Race?
25 days, 50 cities, and over 600 hours together as a family and $1,000,000
richer, the Linz Family is the official winners of the amazing race. They hug
and cry and shout for joy. Phil reminds them that they said they would not worry
about not coming in first in previous legs and asks what does it mean to win the
final leg? They say they did it for their parents. Megan says she can run with
the boys.
The Bransen family arrives in 2nd place. Alex calls their competition smart and
good looking too. Wally says he is proud of his daughters and they all cry.
Everyone in the other teams cry as well. They say their Dad is their comfort,
and they love him to death. It was through him they got there. Wally calls the
Linz Family a tribute to their parents.
The Weaver Family arrives at the finish line in 3rd place to polite cheers.
Linda is proud of her family, giving the kids a quick hug. Phil tells them they
beat 7 teams, and Linda gives all the strength to her kids. Becky tears up
talking about her Dad. Linda says Rolly would never give up, Rebecca is made of
steel and Rachel focused on the Lord.
The Linz Family say they made friends on the race, but played the game the way
they wanted to. Friends are important, but family is more important.
