Day 1 We are treated to a glimpse of beautiful countryside
October 20, 2005  Episode #6: "Big Ball, Big Mouth, Big Trouble"
Yaxha  Day 15
Tonight we open with Yaxha the morning after Blake’s vote off. Brandon telling us about his feelings when Blake was voted out. “The Blake vote opened my eyes quite a bit. Because we were four strong and then Blake got voted out. I’m like, how the heck did that happen? You know, people flipped things around on you and you’ll find yourself voted off and you won’t even know how the heck it happened!”  Brandon heads down to the water to talk to Bobby Jon and asks if he has any regrets about the way the vote went. Bobby Jon tells him he has some but that is just the way it had to go. He was at a stage of the game that he had to do what he had to do. He tells Brandon, “I know you liked him and I liked him, but he was rubbing a lot of people the wrong way.” Bobby Jon walks away and Brandon looks perplexed.

We join Brian at the camp fire. Brian is saying that Nakum will be shocked to see who was voted off last night. Brian later explains to us, “Voting off Blake was like a get out of jail free card for me, Gary and Amy. Right now the numbers are even. Right now we need to start knocking off the Nakum members one by one. It’s gotta happen!”

Nakum
Day 15

We join Nakum and their bug noises. Jamie is telling Judd he has had it with the jungle noise and the bugs. Stephenie is complaining about the mosquitoes biting through her shirt. Rafe explains the perils of jungle life, “This morning is kinda like every morning. The mosquitoes are horrible. Every time it rains they just get worse and worse!” We see Cindy collecting fire wood with Margaret. She is all bundled up with her buff covering her face. She tells us she has never see the mosquitoes this bad in her life.

In and interview Rafe explains to us the negativity in his tribe. That it’s hard to be positive when there is always someone negative around camp. He explains that Margaret was devastated when Brooke was voted off and took it really hard. Margaret doesn’t seem too chipper this morning and heads away from the rest of the survivors to sulk. Judd takes the opportunity to tell everyone she is miserable and probably hates having to be on the same tribe as him. Margaret explains to us, “I used to be much higher on the food chain than I am now. Now I am absolutely on the opposite end since the mix up. I’m sure Judd is waiting to get me off. I’m not giving up, but I’m not going to beat my head against the wall. I’ll wait for there to be and opening.”

On the flip side, Judd explains to us. “You have somebody that has a sore thumb walking around camp miserable. That puts the team down, we don’t need that right now. She just can’t grasp the fact that the other tribe just isn’t coming back and this is what you are stuck with.”

Reward Challenge:
First off Nakum get their first look at the new Yaxha tribe. Margaret’s jaw drops at the fact that Blake was voted out at the last Tribal council.

Jeff explains the challenge. Each tribe is to have two members on each side of a giant ball. Both teams will push the ball against each other, the object it to maneuver the ball over your goal line. First two women then two men then one of each. First team with three goals wins reward. You’re playing for BBQ grille, seven Hamburgers, seven Hotdogs’, bun’s condiments, cold beer and cold root beer. The winning tribe will feast today! Jeff goes on to explain that there is bad news. Tonight, both tribes will be going to Tribal Council. Both tribes are to vote one person out. Two people are going home.

In addition to winning reward today, the winning tribe earn the right to compete for Individual Immunity. The winner will be safe from the vote tonight as well as being able to sit in on the other teams tribal council to gather information.

Nakum sits out Lydia for the challenge and they then randomly draws for each round and the challenge gets underway. First up we have Steph and Cindy against Amy and Danni. Steph and Cindi start off with the advantage but in the end Danni and Amy score for Yaxha. Brandon and Bobby John taking on Judd and Jamie. After a struggle, Jamie and Judd score for Nakum. Jamie and Bobby Jon face of shouting at each other. Judd and Steph taking on Gary and Amy. Amy goes down and the ball rolls over her foot. Steph and Judd score for Nakum. Next up we have Margaret and Cindy against a hurt Amy and Danni. Yaxha only has two women on their tribe so Amy has to compete again. Amy and Danni cream Cindi and Margaret. Tied at two a piece. Judd and Jamie against Bobby Jon and Brian. Judd and Jamie win the last goal. Nakum win reward and a chance to play for Individual Immunity. Jeff congratulates Nakum and asks them to follow him for the second challenge today.

Individual Immunity Challenge:
Jeff explains, “On my go all seven of you will race out into the field and collect three bags of letter tiles. Each time you untie a bag you must bring it back to your station. Once you have all three bags, untie them and empty out all 11 letters. Use those 11 letters to form a two-word phrase.  First person to spell that phrase correctly wins Immunity and are safe tonight at Tribal Council.

Jeff starts them off, Steph is back with her first bag first followed by Cindi and Margaret. Lydia, Rafe and Judd. Steph is the first with all three bags. Judd has trouble getting his letters out of the bag, he is positioned next to Rafe who is has all the tiles out and is trying to work out the phrase. Judd tells him, “Ancient Ruin man!” Rafe places all the letters in the correct place and calls to Jeff. Rafe wins the first Individual Immunity. Jeff gives the immunity necklace to Rafe and sends the tribe back to camp with their supplies for a feast.

Nakum
Day 15

Back from commercial, we join Nakum for the feast of champions. Steph is glad they are on a winning streak. Rafe tells us how impressed he is that he won the first Individual Immunity Challenge. The whole camp are rejoicing and getting the fire going for the grille. They start to discuss Bobby Jon’s reaction in the Reward Challenge, Steph says, “He always does that.” Jamie tells us, “Damn, that reward challenge Bobby Jon hit a flip switch. He just got in my face cause I was happy we won. So I just started screaming back cause I thought it was gonna go to blows, you know! It’s just Southern people, we’re just crazy and we know it!” They all toast to Nakum and their win.

Yaxha
Day 15

Back from the challenge we see a very somber tribe. Amy is very disappointed that they are going to Tribal Council tonight. She tells us, “It sucks! Two in a row one night after the other. It’s horrible.” They whole tribe discuss that Nakum just had more weight behind them. Bobby Jon talks about Jamie to Brandon then later tells us, “Jamie is kinda cocky and arrogant and there is a line you cross with me and he crossed it today. I just went over there and put him in his place.” Amy confesses to us that she is concerned about her ankle. She said it just popped again and it’s swollen but she can deal with it.

Brian is hustling, he is telling Gary that it’s smart to keep them together but Gary is concerned it’s going to be a tie. Brian wants to vote out Bobby Jon. Brandon tells us that Amy and Brian are the weakest players and are the most venerable right now. Brian tells us, “I hope Gary and Amy are not pulling the wool over my eyes and everyone ends up voting for me. Anything can happen at Tribal Council tonight!”

Nakum
Still Day 15

We see the burgers coming off the grill. Cindi is savoring every morsel while Steph is licking her hands.... lol. Rafe is still wearing his Immunity Necklace and Judd is telling everyone that the only thing that sucks is that we have to go to Tribal Council tonight. Judd talking to Jamie about Margaret or Cindi going tonight. Judd tells us that he doesn’t have a worry in the world going to Tribal Council tonight. “Hell no man! They need me here. I’m one of the big guns here.”

Judd is scamming Beers of people while Margaret explains to us that Judd is the most offensive member of the tribe. That he does what Judd wants to and he is his biggest enemy. He and Cindi are arguing over the Beer and who has what. Margaret calls it “The Beer Root Beer conundrum!” Cindi thinks Judd needs to watch his mouth. He needs to stop and think about what he is saying. In the end it could come back and get him.

Tribal Council - Nakum
They all head in and take their seats. Jeff starts off by asking Steph about the feast today. She said it was awesome and that they traded beer for food. Next he asks Jamie about his altercation with Bobby Jon. Jamie explains that it’s a southern trait and that he celebrated when he won and that Bobby Jon was in his face. Jeff asks Margaret, “Does this tribe have good sportsmanship?” She replies, “That’s tough Jeff cause Judd is very vocal and Jamie can be very expressive and they don’t hesitate to just blurt it out there. Sometimes you have to learn to control your emotions.” Judd looks like he is chomping at the bit and Jeff asks him what is on his mind. “I don’t know what the heck Margaret is talking about. It’s not like we’re being bad sports at all. We go out there and give 120%. Whatever it takes we give it man.” He continues to argue he really isn’t impressed, in the end he tells Margaret, “You should just Shut up!”

Margaret explains to Jeff that this happens all the time. When Judd gets vocal, he plows over people and trash talks them and she feels that it’s just bad sportsmanship. Jeff comments that the look Judd has, he would go over and strangle Margaret. Judd comments that he loves this team apart from Margaret. Jeff turns to Cindi, “Does this hostility between Judd and Margaret concern you a little bit?” Cindi, “Well it concerns all of us cause we have to live in the same group together and deal with it. When we have two people that don’t like each other very much it puts a little bit of negativity into the air. Negativity is not good for the entire tribe.” Margaret: Judd doesn’t listen to anyone, Judd only listens to Judd. Judd asks everyone what they think. Everyone says yes. Margaret says, "Judd bullies."
Steph thinks Judd is high strung and Judd’s interrupts and talks about the first day and Margaret telling him he had ADD. Margaret argues back and it continues for a few minutes. (I suggest watching the video... LOL)

Jeff sends them to vote. We see Judd and Margaret voting, of course, they vote each other. Jeff tallies the votes, Margaret it the Sixth person voted out. After she makes the walk of shame, Jeff reminds Rafe he will be staying for Yaxha Tribal Council  and sends the rest of the tribe Back to camp.

Margaret’s lasts words -  “This is probably the most physically challenging thing that I have EVER had to do in my life and I am so excited that I did it. Best wishes to Nakum Tribe, I’m sure a lot of the tension will be gone now. But I’m sure you are going to have a lot of troubles with Judd so take care.” image Part Three [12 minutes]

Yaxha Tribal Council.
Jeff explains Rafe will be listening in on Yaxha Tribal Council. He starts off with Bobby Jon and what happened today in the challenge with Jamie. Bobby Jon
explains that it was the heat of the moment. Jeff moves to Gary and his take on the sportsmanship of Nakum. Gary thinks that there may be a possibility of Jamie taking trash at Yaxha but on a whole they are good sports. Jeff turns to Brian and coming into this game using his brain no his athletic ability. Brian explains that he has always been an athletic person. Jeff asks Bobby Jon his take on Brian.  Bobby Jon tells Jeff that Brian is a kamikaze that’s going to bust a wedge. He is constantly thinking Survivor. Danni thinks Brian is a Classy, Classy guy. Jeff now turns to Amy’s ankle and if Brandon was impressed about Amy today.  Brandon comments he was very impressed by her.  Jeff again asks Bobby Jon what the vote will be based on. Bobby John explains that they all did a lot of soul-searching today and that no one did anything wrong today. It’s gonna be a tough one.

Jeff now drops a little spanner in the works for Yaxha. “In addition to Rafe being able to sit in and listen in on your tribal council, he also earned the right to give one of you Immunity.” The news is met with some smiles and some sinking looks on the faces of Yaxha. Jeff explains to Rafe that he will have to write the name of the person he wants to give Immunity to. “Put it in an envelope and put it in the voting urn. Then come back down and head back to camp.” He sends Rafe to make his vote. His choice will remain a secret until after the vote has been read out. Jeff sends Gary up first to vote. The only votes we see are Brian voting Bobby Jon and Bobby Jon voting Brian.

Jeff tallies the votes and Bobby Jon has 1 vote to Brains 4. Jeff tells Brian that is enough and his only hope now is who Rafe voted for Immunity. Jeff opens the envelope and reveals Rafe gave Immunity to Gary.  Brian has to make his walk of shame. Jeff tells Yaxha, “Well, I’ve gotta hand it to you. You did a great job of pumping Brian up and making him feel secure then you cut his throat! But if it can happen to him, it can happen to you!”   Yaxha head back to camp.

Brian’s last words -  “Well I certainly went down fighting, I know I played this game very hard and I did everything I could. I did NOT see that coming, which is how I wanted to go out. The fact that they pulled on over on me, I’m really proud of them and I’m glad they are playing the game. I’ve never really had to push myself like that before, so I will take from this experience the fact that I was able to go into a really difficult situation and come out feeling great.”
