AMC Networks’ November Highlights Include “Anne Rice’s Talamasca,” “The Assassin,” “The Creep Tapes,” “Harry Wild,” “The Gone” and More

This November, AMC Networks features a diverse lineup of programming across its suite of networks and streaming services, including new episodes of AMC Original Series Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order starring Nicholas Denton and Elizabeth McGovern.

The new AMC+ exclusive series The Assassin starring Keeley Hawes (Bodyguard) and Freddie Highmore (The Good Doctor); a new season of Acorn TV’s The Gone plus a Harry Wild special starring Jane Seymour; and the return of Shudder’s The Creep Tapes from Mark Duplass (The Morning Show) and Patrick Brice. AMC+ film premieres deliver scares, holiday cheer, and compelling true stories with new features including the festive comedy from director Jay Duplass, The Baltimorons, Shudder’s Joe Hill adaptation, Abraham’s Boys: A Dracula Story starring Titus Welliver (Bosch), and Sundance Now’s gripping documentary Connected, from Russian filmmaker Vera Krichevskaya.

New Documentary Film Premieres Friday, November 14

Connected tells the story of the extraordinary 30-year friendship and partnership between 58-year-old Augie Fabela, currently an acting US police officer in Illinois, USA, and 88-year-old Dr. Dmitry Zimin, a former top-secret Soviet scientist turned entrepreneur turned philanthropist. The two started the first Russian company listed on the New York Stock Exchange. For over a decade, Zimin stood alone as the primary public financial supporter of opposition leader Alexey Navalny, risking everything to champion change in his homeland. On the eve of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the two embark on a final journey together before Zimin’s scheduled euthanasia in Switzerland. The film captures the closing scenes of a life and a time of peace. Zimin’s and Fabela’s story is both an embodiment of the harsh historical cycles that have defined Russia over the past century, set against the vastly different world the US and Russia find themselves in today.

Fresh off its Audience Award at the 2025 SXSW Film Festival, director Jay Duplass’ The Baltimorons follows the newly sober Cliff (Michael Strassner) on an unexpected May/December adventure through Baltimore with Didi (Liz Larsen), his emergency dentist, after he cracks a tooth on Christmas Eve. While they can’t seem to solve their own problems, Cliff and Didi are uniquely equipped to help each other; Cliff longs to get back on stage with his improv troupe for the first time since becoming sober, and Didi would love the confidence to attend Christmas dinner with her daughter and intolerable ex-husband.
