This Year's House Theme has been Confirmed: The Houseguests Will Be Going Back to High School as They Are
Divided into Memorable High School Cliques - Popular, Athletes, Brainiacs
and Off-Beats.
What group did you fit into in high school? That is the question 12
strangers will face on the season premiere of BIG BROTHER, Thursday, July 9
(8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
The 12 houseguests will be broken into 4 groups
Brainiacs
Athletes
Populars
Off-Beats
My thoughts: Yay! A smarter than average
group. Diverse? OK, they're mostly white folk, but there
were some seasons it took me a month to remember which white boy was which.
I especially like the choice of women this year. I'll be keeping an
eye on Michele, she's smart, and a Jersey girl. Chima sounds
interesting too. With a military family, she should have the
discipline and adaptability to play the game well. All-in-all, it
looks like a great cast with all the traits needed to give us another fun
season of Big Brother. But what about that extra box with the three question
marks? The identity of mystery houseguest 13 will be revealed July
7th. Could this be a former houseguest?

Pictures of the Big Brother House
Last week CBS held a "Media Day" in the newly re-vamped Big Brother house.
Participants in the BB Media Day were sworn to secrecy... until yesterday,
when news and photos broke out all over the internet.
Please note that the
people you see living in the Big Brother house are members of the press,
and are not the real houseguests of BB11.
The web site
BSideBlog.com had a representative at “Media Day” and brought back a bunch
of really great photos of the house, and these videos:
Part I
Part II
Part III
Be sure to visit
BSideBlog.com for more details and links, really good stuff.
The web site,
WeLoveBigBrother.com
had a representative at “Media Day” and was able to share a lot of
information on what was true and what was not regarding the
Big
Brother house:
When we first entered the house, I noticed that the one big wall on the
side had been changed. It had tons of plants and all the walls had been
changed to different colors of plywood. It looked really cool. The interior
decorating looked really nice. When I turned to my left, I noticed the kitchen
had an oriental theme with Buddha statues and Chinese heirlooms.
The bathroom had its normal setup with no major changes, other than the
walls looking industrial. As far as online rumors go, there were no urinals on
the wall! The shower door was clear with a little portion of foggy glass so
you can’t see the midriff of anyone… There was another online rumor that the
sinks were had motion sensors. Jen [BB8] actually thought this was the case
and waved her hands under the sink, but no water came out. Then she figured
out she had to turn on the handle!
The living room still had a similar setup with two couches that were a
shade of purple. There were two green nominee chairs that faced the monitor
where Julie Chen talks to the houseguests. The walls were different shades of
plywood. I know “plywood” doesn’t sound really nice, but it did look really
cool.

Day.”
